RE: Van Every and Cook
The birthdate and death date are identical so either the other contributor made a guess or someone made a marker in Tx with the rest of his family. Good luck figuring it out!! ;>)

Never mind about the other message. I now see that you are the one who entered the VanEverys into the Texas Cemetery ;>))

Richard Schultheiss
Brown Family at Friends Cemetery
Joanne,
Obviously, I can't say with 100% assurance that the pictures that I put in for the Brown family are indeed Richard, Mary, and Sarah. But if they are not, then I can say for sure that they don't have tombstones.

The one I summited for Mary is badly weathered, which should be if she died in 1812, but if you look at it in the right light, you can make out "Brown" and "1812"; at least I think so anyhow.

As for Richard's and Sarahs; as far as I could tell, the Browns were the only family in the Cemetery with a last name staring with a B, so those small stones with the initials R.B. and S.B> could be them.

I'm sorry I couldn't give you anything more concrete.

Richard

I cut a little off of the top of Gracie's grave. Would you like me to do a re-take?

Glad to help.

Is this Elizabeth Randall also called Betsy that graduated from St. Albans in 1966? If so, I went to School with her.

Re: Harriet Montgomery Photo
Joanne, Did you notice I also added photos for Arthur, Jake and Bessie Montgomery? They were all together so I thought they might be in the same family. Bessie was a friend of my parents. Glad I was able to get the picture of Harriet's headstone for you.

RE: Jacob Fort and Anna (Cox) Fort
Joanne,

You're very welcome. I'm sorry I couldn't find everyone you asked for. There were several broken and buried stones here so it's entirely possible they could be your kin. Whenever I get back out there again, I will take another look, just in case! Have a good weekend!

I see that you have sponsored his site. If you are somehow related or researching this person, I would be glad to transfer ownership to you. I took this many more photos while on vacation, and he is of no relation to me.
Just let me know your contributor # from Findagrave.com!
