Mary Kittle
I am having a hard time locating this grave in the Kittle cemetery. No birth date matches anyone there.
Also, there is a Mary E. Kittle with no b. or d. dates in the Garfield Cemetery in Stephentown with a referral to last name Andrews. would this be any connection? If you can confirm the location I will be glad to get photo if it is within my range.

This website has the gravestone for Mary Lovell. The stone is not readable, but there is still a picture. I will let you decide if you wish to post the picture.

RE: William Myers Fulton Grave
I agree with you Amelia is where she is suppose to be. Either William is beside her because they moved him from Pleasant Ridge or just his name is on the tombstone next to her. Probably no way to prove it one way or the other. Do you need any other help with finding members of this family?

RE: William Myers Fulton Grave
There are two William Fulton's in Pleasant Ridge, but only one William Myers Fulton, who did die of stomach problems. Since he and his father were both elders of the church at Pleasant Ridge. I believe that is where they are both buried. Also William's mother, not sure where William's wife is buried.

RE: William Myers Fulton Grave
Wow, confusing. Ok first thought he might of been at Pleasant Ridge and they moved him,or two there might be several William Fulton's in Monroe Co. I have had this problem with Henry Baker in my family line. Four men all born around the same time and died around the same time. Still trying to figure it out.
But mentioning Stomach cancer might be a clue. Also who were his parents? I will start checking into this.

Thank you for the offer. I will get around to it.
Some day will return for the ones we all missed, but it is an all day trip with no water no food, and lots of snakes and cactus... lol

Well it was an accident... lol
It is 25 miles from my home and is in disgusting disarray and most dont have any markers. I am Pres of the local genealogy society and last year we walked the cemetery and updated our book. Some of us had camera and some did not. I was one who had a camera and photographed my stones in my rows. I had not uploaded the photos as of yet, and still had them.. Yours was one of the lucky ones..

Henry Victor Verstraeten #62853807
Henry Victor Verstraeten was the birth son of my Grand Aunt Victoria Ethel Crum Caresia & Constana Guido Caresia. 5 days after his birth his mother died from a pulmonary ambulism. Constanta gave Henry up for adoption soon afterwards since he could not care for a new baby and two small boys. I would like to see if you could transfer his memorial #6285380 to me, as he was my 1x cousin 1 time removed.

RE: Magdalen King
Hi Kym,
Sorry for the lack of instruction here. What I do is to go to the Magdalen King cemetery in F A G. Then click on the "See all enterments (23)" heading. That will list all those buried there. Then click on Marie Lavalley's line. That will open the graveyard photo & the "group" shot of the three graves mentioned.
Then click on the 3 graves photo to enlarge for better claity. You will be able to read Samuel King's name on the left; you may be able to recognise the "M K" stone on the right, and the stone in the middle is that of Marie's grave location. I hope this path works for you.
Regards,
Bob

RE: Magdalen King
Go to the Magdalen King cemetery site to see the 3 headstones that I have posted there. Marie's is the small stone in the center between Samuel & Magdalen. when possible, I will take a better picture of her stone.
Best,
bob

RE: Magdalen King photo
Hi Kym,
You are correct about MK's stone inscriptions.
I have put up a "group" photo of 3 headstones from my files, & Marie's stone is in the middle. There is no date on the stone.
There are 22 burials in WG037, & I will send along the pertinent data for your use.
Regards,
Bob

Kym, I am writing a story on the Ketchum brothers for a book. I have a photo of Tom's grave, but would like permission to use your photo of Sam's headstone. I would give you credit for the photo.

Margaret Fulton - Pleasant Ridge Cemetery
Hello Kym,

I am just now getting back to Find-A-Grave after some family illness and a very long absence. And in going through my old emails I found this one from you. Please forgive me for not responding at the time. Thank you very much for going to the cemetery and taking a photograph of this stone. I really appreciate the trouble you went to. I probably will never be able to visit this cemetery, but now I know what it looks like! Thanks again.

Don

Cemetery Walker
Eliza Callen, Wyoming
I ran across a newspaper entry for Eliza. You can view information at wyonewspapers.org. Just put in her name like this. "Eliza Callen". Make sure you have the quotation marks. It is for Wyoming Newspapers from 1867-1936. I found a notice about her filing a claim for land and then notice from the executor of her will. I hope this helps you out. The claim is in 1909 and the will is in 1922.

Eva Kittell
Hello Kym,

I couldn't find any trace of Eva Kittell in the Cortez Cemetery. I checked with the office and they looked through about 5 books and their computer database without any success.

However, when looking in an old book they found a newspaper obituary for E.(Everett) H. Kittell and in the obituary Eva was mentioned. It did not say where she was buried however.

In the obituary it mentions that he lived in Cortez from 1910 to 1925, so they should have been living in Cortez when she died in 1918.

If you would like, I could scan this obituary in and email it to you.

I'm sorry I'm not detective enough to know where else to look. I don't live in Cortez (I live in Alamogordo, NM actually) but I was up visiting my sister in Cortez.

John
