RE: can you help?
That would be great to get the pictures. I was hoping that you might know about your cousins too, their 3 children.
When I was a little girl I went to their house with my grandmother and mother and some others I remember that he was in bed it may have been when he was on his death bed, he died in 1954, but I'm not sure, I'll ask my mother again.
Would the last name of Reed mean any thing to you? Well yes that was June's last name. It was also my great grand mothers last name I was told that they were cousins.

can you help?
Hi John,
I am working on John "Riley" Caughman, I think he is or was your uncle. Do you have any information about him and his family?

John, yes we discussed your family. I have recently found out what happened with Mary J. I will get it together and get back with you.

RE: I'm NOT trying to be a pest -- BUT ....
I never think of anyone being a pest thats trying to gain history on their relatives.
John L. Caughman that is buried at Chester Cemetery married Mary ollie Friddle on March 4, 1897, in Crawford County, Arkansas. He was twenty-seven and she was eighteen. She was back in her familys home in 1900 as a widow. Did this John marry Mary Moody before he married Mary Friddle?
There are also Moody buried at Chester, I have been researching and writing Bio, on every one buried at Chester, hopefully to be published some day. Let me know if you can help me on John L. Caughman, or if i can help you any further.
I have not found who John Caughman parents are. Would you happen to know?
Now I feel like a pest.
If you would like to correspond by email please send me yours. Sincerely Barb Lovett.

Thank You
Just wanted to say Thank You for your words of encouragement. I'm still down and out somewhat, by the way had back surgery, but everyday seems to be better. Can't stand the fact that I can't do anything, although I must say doing something is not on my list of things to do right now, ha. I'm having to make myself get on my computer which is very "ODD" to say the least for me. Anyway, I'll get back to normal, soon I hope.... Take care.

My Bio
Thank you for your sweet comment on my bio.

Remember words are just words if they don't come straight from your heart. It's the heart that knows the true meaning of the Beautiful YOU. Your heart is the lifeline to your soul, and your soul is connected to a long line of "sleeping Giants", who we'll call our relatives at rest. Your heart was created from the lifelines of all your beautiful "Sleeping Giants" and therefore your Giants know your heart because You have a direct line to them.
Just Follow Your Heart and Know it Came from All The Wonderful Souls of All the Beautiful People Who Came Before Us.

Hope you can understand what I'm trying to say... Just got out of the hospital yesterday from a surgery performed Friday Jul 3 and had some complications. I'm still a little ...woozzy... from all the meds. But thanks to my heavenly father I'm much better today than when this surgery ordeal first began.

I pray God's Blessings Over You and Yours

luv, sj Dallas

John, let me be the first to welcome you to the joy of working in find-a-grave.

The absolutely wonderful pictures that you entered on your folks memorial page is what it is all about. The more information we can add to their page makes it so much more interesting for the people who follow us in wondering where they came from and what their ancestors looked like.

Keep up the good work please.
