Saxons in South Carolina
Dear Leslie,
If you would send me the memorial numbers for your Saxon relatives for whom we've created memorials, I'd be happy to transfer them to you.
I've tried to link them from your e-mail, but it would be better for them to be in your care!

God bless you!
~Karen

William Duncan
Photo uploaded of the Square/Lot indicated as burial site - there is no stone with his name, nor are there any other Duncans in the plot. There are two unmarked slabs and indications that there are other unmarked burials, however, considering he died in 1862 and there is a stone for him and his wife in Natchez, I would speculate that he was initially buried here and later returned to Mississippi. Therefore I recommend that you either delete the Mobile record or add info that the burial there was probably temporary. I also recommend that you unlink the Mobile memorial from Annie Duncan and put a name link in the bio to her (see - How do I add a link in the F-A-G faq). As it stand now, it looks like she had two marriages to a man named William Duncan,

Stephanie from Arkansas
Nancy Jane Pierce
Do you have any other information on her?? I have a Nancy Jane Pierce in My family (My GGG Grandmother) and I have hit a brick wall on her. My Nancy Jane was born March 20, 1840 in Mississippi. she married James Martin Clopton March 15, 1860 in Hemstead Co., Arkansas. She died Nov. 19, 1864 in Arkansas and is Buried in Old Antioch Cemetery here in Arkansas. Do you know if the Nancy Jane you have may have divorced or something happen to the first husband and maybe she remarried??? Are you sure of your Nancy's birthday, you have no cemetery listed and no death date.

Addie & Mattie
Thank you! There are so many Mattie Lockabys that I will have to sort that out, none of the Matties in Mt Pisgah are buried as Singletons.
I will have to find such a marriage and figure out which she belongs to.
Mattie b 1869 is a dau bur as Lockaby, and Mattie b 1873 is 2nd wife of Geo W Lockaby.

Jane Ireland
William War
There is no marker for William War. We believe it is possible that in 1865 it would have been of wood.
I am so sorry.

Sabrina Wilkerson
Callender
I have been researching the history or my fathers family. In line starting with my 7th great grandfather the list would go 7th Robert Callender, 6th John Callender, 5th Alexander Callender, 4th Stephen Callender, 3rd William Coleman Callender, 2nd William Ray Callender 1st great grandfather Loice William Callender, Grandfather George Edward Callender, father David Eugene Callender. I just started this search recently and I can not find much info from John Callender or Robert Callender. I would like to be able to trace my heritage back to Scottland.

RE: McFarlen-Gurie Cemetery
No problem. Went on my lunch about 10 minutes away. Was able to take all the pics that have memorials in the cemetery but one. I'll go back later just to make sure that I didn't miss it. I found my relative (Hoy Snow) while there so it was worth it. Eva

McFarlen-Gurie Cemetery
I noticed that the only tombstone photos posted to the McFarlen-Gurie Cemetery in Jonesville, LA were posted by you. Did you happen to take photos of all the tombstones in the cemetery? If so, would you be able to post them to their memorials? I was specifically looking for Parker and Snow tombstones. Thanks, Eva
