It kind of looks like he is buried amongst a large groupf of Confederates who also died at Elmira.

There have been a few cases of people being duplicated in Woodlawn and Woodlawn National--this was another, although it is/was spelled Mcgarth and the death date was a day different. I sent a name correction--you may want to send some more of the info you found. Thanks.

According to early newspapers Will Ellett was Elmira,NY.
