Rascoe and Harrison photos
Hello again,
You have taken such wonderful pics of these families graves. I am working on a tree for my brother in law, Hubert Harrison, who is in poor health. I am trying to get it done for him asap. May I use some of your amazing pics on my tree? I have also sent a message to your sister regarding the photos she has listed. Thank you for all your hard work. We live in AZ and it would probably not be possible for him to get home now. Thanks for all your hard work. Brenda

RE: Rennie Barfield

I have a very strong sense that I also have a photo of Daughtry Barfield also, but the stone is even more stained and uneven than Rennie's.

If I can get back down there on a clear sunny morning... it might be possible to get a decent shot.

You're so welcome. They were very helpful at Holy Cross; the grave is right in front of the office.
Glad to help.

Ashley Rowe
Bratcher Family
Hi Theresa,

I know that you said that you are not related to the Bratchers but maybe you can point me in the right direction. My name is Ashley Rowe, I am the grand daughter of JP "Buddy Bratcher" . Who was the son of Mae Strickland Bratcher and James P Bratcher. My grandparents JP and Ruby passed away here in Houston, TX. I met a few of my Aunt's listed here as a child. I am sorry to here that they have since passed on. I would love to get know a little about my grandfathers family. He was short on words. I would love to see if they have any pictures that they would be willing to exchange with me. If you would be willing to point me in the right direction I would be ever so greatful.
Thank you,

What do you do if there are broken items on a grave that is very old? Is it okay to take them off and throw them away so the grave looks better? I had one today with a broken cement flower pot and it would have looked better to remove it but I wasn't sure if it was okay, even though I don't think anyone is taking care of it.

Queen Graver
Concordia Cemetery Requests
Hi Theresa,

A group of us are going to Concordia on April 6th and we wanted to fulfill all of the photo requests there.

Would you be able to contact Corcordia at 708-366-0017 and get the location for the graves you want photographed? They are very friendly there. We are going on a Sunday so the office won't be open for us to get locations.

Thanks so much!
