RE: Clayton Meeks
Hi Ms. Gayle,
Thank you for the invitation - we live about six hours from my uncle Nathaniel (Bill) so I don't think at this time I will be able to make the trip unless something changes.
I took my family to spend the day with them over the summer but would love to sit and exchange stories with you as well.
Please be aware that his mind is fading so sometimes he remembers very little of the past and other times seems better.
Please do keep in touch and maybe we can exchange pictures and the like....by the way - when you are there you will see the butter churn that belonged to Clayton Sr. and Matilda - Clayton (my gr. grandfather) made the dasher by hand.

Where did this obit come from? Newspaper name and date.

Also, when you want this added, it's best if you use the EDIT button on the memorial. It provides all the info needed and is several steps quicker.

Most family members do not like to have their information posted. Also newspapers and funeral homes obituaries are copyrighted as are the the pictures. Below is Find A Grave's policy, please act responsibly.

Can I add a memorial from a newspaper or other 3rd party source?

Find A Grave does not discourage the legitimate indexing of the deceased through obituaries or other 3rd party accounts. Newspapers represent a very good source of information as a public record. What we ask is that those who index and memorialize the deceased from newspapers and other 3rd party accounts do so with full respect of copyright, refrain from adding information about living people, and respond generously to the family of the deceased. If anyone related to the deceased feel unsatisfied with Find A Grave or the memorial manager, we ask that they contact us at support@findagrave.com for satisfactory resolution.

Related?
Hi,
My Gr. Grandfather is Clayton E. Meeks (1881 - 1925)which if I am reading the obit for Mrs. Willie Meeks makes Clayton your grandfather? Is that correct?
My mother passed away about 9 months ago and he was her grandfather.

Looking forward to seeing if we are related...
John B.

Thank you so much for my Uncle Jack's obit. I haven't had time to find a copy to add! Actually I was able to be there for his service and burial, even though I live in Michigan.
Thanks again,
dawn

Hi. Thanks for the obituary for Joseph Barnett. I tried to find his memorial (so I could add the obit), but I couldn't find the memorial. Could you send me a link to it? Thanks.

There are over 30,000 graves in Maple Hill Cemetery and many of the headstones have not been photographed. If you have any other requests, I will gladly fulfill them for you. It is a fun and awarding activity to do on a beautiful day like we had yesterday.

RE: Alfred Kienholz
Thank you so much for making the changes. I would love to share any info you have on them. I would also like to know if Alfred's brother Oscar Kienholz and his wife, Mary are buried in Mountain View Cemetery as well. My email address is mothdt@aol.com if you would like to connect with me. Thanks so much.

RE: Cedarburg Cemetery
You are welcome.
After all, Cedarburg was one of my family's favorite places when I was growing up. We made the "long" trip from Wauwatosa at about 30 mph to visit the Rappold clan.

RE: Lueder Family
No, I don't think we are related. I am working my way through the Cedarburg Cemetery records so you can expect more Luders information for next couple of days. I have been doing genealogy for over 25 years but mostly of the Rheingans and Rappold families. Jan
