No, I want to but thus far can only dabble a very little bit, My brother on my dad's side does and there has been much on the Purgason side, grandparents, Ella Purgason Pyrtle and Vester Roosevelt Pyrtle, Louise's parents.
Hoping to be able to do more when I retire.

sorry it took so long.
I also sent a message to the person who handles Wilson and Ronnie Parrish so that Ronnie can be linked to his mother.
Take care, and by the way, Louise was my mom's oldest sister.

|Valerie F Cochran||Hello from the Farmers|
Hello to the Parrish family. This is the grave of my father's father. The old man died 3 days after I was born. His wife, Ruby Jewel was known to us as Mama Jewel. Her last name was Forshee to us. She was adopted as a child but I thought it was by her uncle who was also a Forshee. I have enjoyed reading your information.

This fellow is linked to my uncle Percy Forrest Parish in Rose Hills Cemetery, Los Angeles, CA. However, he is not my uncle's child -- Uncle Percy had three daughters - no sons.

You put out a photo request for her, but there is no marker. I have an area shot showing the space where she is buried, next to Alice Davis. I will go ahead and post that so you have something.

Would you like them transferred to you? I was able to find his death certificate. It has two errors on the face page in Ancestry. It states he was born in 1919, the same year he died. But it lists his age as 62. (No rocket scientists there).
Also it has his location as Rorslyn. This might be what is called Rosslyn Farms now. A very elite neighborhood off the Parkway West.
Thereís no death notice for him in the one local paper I use on-line. The other one isnít on-line yet for that time period, even though it was in print.
Nellieís death notice wasnít in either of the two newspapers, but it was in her local paper. The historical society near where she is buried has those, and itís only $2.00 if youíre interested. I am unable to include the form in a public message, so itís posted to her memorial. Let me know when youíre done downloading it so I can remove it.

I met the records keeper for Center United were I am going today for Irene and Uvern. He would like some contact regarding the Parrish's in his cemetery. If you want to his e-mail is email@example.com. He is a really nice older fella and wants all the info about the people buried there.
