Ariella - your photo of Maxine and her father Bill Elliott was placed on wrong Find A Grave memorial... for Maxine Lemon Elliott. They are not the same person. Can you remove the photo? Thanks. Dave Elliott

Thank you for putting up the memorial for my uncle Arlie "Ford" Fritz and his wife, Verna Helling Fritz.
Arlie was a son of the pioneer family of Simon Fritz and Myrta Nims Fritz who are also buried at Grandview. He and Verna had no children of their own but were loved by their neices, nephews and god-children.
They lived in Cheyenne where Arlie worked for the State of Wyoming. He had 9 brothers and 5 sisters. His family moved from Iowa to Fort Collins in 1907 just before Arlie was born. The family had a farm and dairy at the "Plummer Place" on the corner of Vine Drive and LeMay just North and West of the "Plummer School".

Ariella, You are most welcome! Do you have a copy of the Cemetery plats that are located there? I took a copy of the B's for the north and south sides. If you are interested I could email them to you. Peggy

Nope, unfortunately neither him nor his wife had markers of any kind. The Hatch family had markers and that was it.

Is Perl his mother or father? Assuming mother, but just checking. I have known of this to be a man and a woman's name.

Hello I uploaded the two photos for the graves you requested. I also found the obit. Let me know if you were able to get them or not. I was not sure if one went or not. It said that it went though but I was not sure.
Let me know if you need anything else.

Not sure if I already sent a reply or not but just wanted to express gratitude for your thankfulness at the photo I posted. Since I dabble in our family tree through Ancestry.com I have found seeking and gathering information about past family members to be very interesting. The photos always add a nice touch and in many cases, correct dates of birth and death and even names. I'm glad I could help out.
