|Patricia Cannon Childs||RE: Peter Straw / Strow photo|
I assume you are referring to the fact that the resting place of Corp. Peter Strow's remains has hitherto been unknown.
Does this photo bring some peace in that regard?

Thanks for your reply. I will send the info. via the listing. No need to credit me for anything. I'm not a relative, but came across this gentleman and his brother (both war casualties) in the course of other research, and want to be sure they are honorably remembered.

|Tim & Grace||Sgt George Lewis Adams in Chattanooga National Cemetery|
I sent a [Suggest a correction] to you back on July 8th to try to get the memorial for Sgt. George Lewis Adams updated and linked to family. I posted a photo of his cenotaph here in Maine in the same cemtery as his parents and I also submitted a photo request for his grave marker in Chattanooga, which was promptly fulfilled.
I have not heard back from you, so I am wondering if you are ACTIVE on findagrave anymore. Your bio makes it sound like you are willing to update memorials. You state that you are reluctant to TRANSFER memorials because you have had some deleted in the past... but that makes it sound like you might transfer a memorial if you can be assured that it will not be deleted. You are obviously familiar with the benefits of transfers since you maintain nearly 400 more memorials than you created.
We are all volunteers on FindaGrave and it can be a big challenge keeping up with things on FindaGrave when we are struggling to to survive in this depressed economy, but FindaGrave does offer the opportunity to go on "hiatus" by switching to inactive status if members are unable to respond to others within 30 days.
It is much nicer to try to communicate... but if you don't have the time, then you don't have the time.
Sincerely, Tim Cooper

I created the memorial for Margaretha Gasper from a transcription with the death date of 1825. I have a photo of stone that says Margaretha, wife of Charles and though the rest of it is hard to read, I'm pretty sure the death date says 1835. If you think this is the same person, I'll change the memorial and add a photo. (The photo isn't the greatest because the sun was wrong. I'd be willing to try to take a more readable photo) Traci email@example.com

I saw that you requested a photo for Margaretha Gasper in St. Anne Cemetery. Do you have a death date of 1835 for her? Rather than the death date of 1825 that was on the memorial????
