RE: Leonard Sundberg
You're welcome. I also photographed his wife's side and there was another Sundberg couple in 15, which is a very tiny section, so I got those too. I took a photo looking down from the top to show the view of the section from behind if you're interested I will post it to the memorial of his wife.

Hi
Hi April,
As of today I'm dropping out of Find A Grave. Read my profile.
I was very unhappy when ancestry took over. Never planned to give all my work to them and now I've notified Find A Grave that I don't plan to do updates anymore. Someone there can take over.
I'll do updates until they quit sending them though. :-)
Been nice knowing you!
Feel free to e mail my personal a mail address sometime if you choose. :-)

RE: John Hopper/ Eldine Hamlin
You're very welcome, April. I also took the photo of the flip side of Eldine Hamlin's stone and he has three children listed. I noticed one baby, Lloyd M. was not linked to him yet. I put up photos for each of them so I'll let you make the link of Lloyd to his family.

You are very welcome! I believe there was another Bodeman photo requested... I am heading out of town in the morning, when I get back in a few weeks I will see if more help is still needed at this cemetery.

Take care, DebraLee

I see why I was confused. It's Rippie and you spelled it Rippe. Thanks for taking the time to help reassure me - I feel better knowing I wasn't losing it! You are very welcome. It's nice to see people photo's on the memorials.

And thank you April. I'm also requesting a transfer of tombstone photo's for James & Marcum that are posted on Ancestry.com. If that doesn't work maybe you are I could put in a "photo request" on F.A.G.

RE: Emma Holm Lundin. Peterson
I do not think there is a marker. But maybe I can have someone on the cemetery board probe the ground where she should be buried to see if there is a vault. She bought 4 graves in this lot in 1904 when Carl died. The lot is full my grandparents on my mothers side and my grandmother Engstrom brother and his wife are in this lot. She could have sold 2 graves back to the cemetery after her sons were buried in different cemeteries. She had 4 children with him I wonder if the other 2 were girls?

On Harry William White Benedict's memorial page (113446648) it links to Mahalia Dunham Benedict as his mother. Mahalia was his grandmother. It should link to Franklin's wife Emmaline Hannah Martin Benedict. Thanks, Paul

RE: ID Military in Westlawn-Hillcrest
Thank you for helping us by giving us his name. We will add him to the list to have a flag on Memorial Day. Please feel free to share with others about our project to put flags on the graves in Westlawn-Hillcrest sponsored by Centennial Masonic Lodge 326. Many who served have no indication of their service on their graves, so we depend on word of mouth to identify them.

ID Military in Westlawn-Hillcrest
We are currently working to identify anyone buried in Westlawn-Hillcrest Cemetery Omaha NE that has served in the military. If you have a loved one buried there or know of someone, please send us a message. We place flags on the graves for Memorial Day. This project is sponsored by Centennial Masonic Lodge.

If you can send us the names, we will be sure to include them on our list to get a flag.

Thank you for the help with this ongoing project.

RE: Sarico
Hi April!

Thanks for the info on Joseph Guiseppe. I'm not directly related to the Saricos but my spouse is Salvatore's grandson, via John Paul Sarico (WWII Vet/POW).

I'm currently putting together the genealogy. Would you be willing to swap information? Whatever I have you are quite welcome to. I think you may be further along with the genealogy than I am so far.

I did stumble upon something very peculiar that I'd like to share with you. It may be nothing but I really want to know more about it (and more in general of course). Your thoughts on it would be very welcome.

You want to exchange emails? Also, there's a wonderful genealogy group I belong to on FB, lots of volunteers and helpful folks there who will help us. They've done a lot of work, they've even reunited families that had been estranged for years or who had never met. One person found their parent after a lifetime of not knowing who they were, now they are planning on spending the holidays together. So we may be able to get valuable info from the researchers there.

But anyway, yeah, wanna exchange emails? I'll send mine to you privately.
