I was wondering if you are related to Dennis and how you are related. He was my brother-in-law.

Oh right, so it is. I will remove it. I saw that he had a son and wife inscribed on the back and planned to take that photo next time I'm back in the morning when it's in sun, never realizing that this was not the claim anyway. I don't usually write down the dates when I go-usually if one burial photographed yet they all are not.

Just wondering if you have been able to locate obituaries for the family members. They may shine some light on the family's story.

I think you are correct. I will post the information you sent me citing your name as the contributor -
All these children were born after MN started keeping birth records (1870). Have you contacted McLeod County? That might provide the proof.
Have you heard about the group 'Remembering With Dignity?" They seek funding from the state legislature to provide names for all the numbered markers. The job is about half done. However, the St. Peter Original Cemetery has not been completed.
However, as a descendant you could request to have a marker placed for Peter and when funds are available he could have a marker placed in his honor. The person to contact is at
firstname.lastname@example.org. Her name is Halle O'Falley

Unfortunately, the only other information I have about Peter is that he was widowed. I do not know if that is accurate but that what was in the death record.
If you have other information about Peter, I would be pleased to enter it on his memorial page. I have changed the spelling of his name, an example of an error that was made in the death record.

You're welcome. I also photographed his wife's side and there was another Sundberg couple in 15, which is a very tiny section, so I got those too. I took a photo looking down from the top to show the view of the section from behind if you're interested I will post it to the memorial of his wife.

As of today I'm dropping out of Find A Grave. Read my profile.
I was very unhappy when ancestry took over. Never planned to give all my work to them and now I've notified Find A Grave that I don't plan to do updates anymore. Someone there can take over.
I'll do updates until they quit sending them though. :-)
Been nice knowing you!
Feel free to e mail my personal a mail address sometime if you choose. :-)

You're very welcome, April. I also took the photo of the flip side of Eldine Hamlin's stone and he has three children listed. I noticed one baby, Lloyd M. was not linked to him yet. I put up photos for each of them so I'll let you make the link of Lloyd to his family.
