Hi, Brian. The picture I submitted for Napoleon and Elizabeth Jane Champney Vigneau was taken by me at the St. Joseph's Cemetery on Main St. in Keene, NH. They are not interred at the St. Joseph's Cemetery in Hinsdale, NH. Thank you in advance for correcting this information. Sheila

Charles Edward Patterson is not the third child of Francis L. (Frank) and Bertha Vigneau Patterson. He is the brother of Frank, which does appear on the memorial, and the third son of George and Mary Salina Deyo Patterson.

Hi, Brian. Could you please add memorial # 138278672 to Bertha and Frank's memorials. This # is for Charles Edward Patterson, who was their third son, born in Keene, NH on 10/12/1885. He died in 1954 in Keene and is buried at the Woodland Cemetery in Keene. And would you also credit the photos of Bertha and Frank to the collection of Wanda Patterson Higgins, my sister, and great-granddaughter of Frank and Bertha's. Thank you! Sheila

I am a descendant of Lewis Christian & Pernetti Frances Fletcher (my great great grandparents). After the death of Pernetti, Lewis married two more times. He married Eliza J. Fletcher on 7/15/1904 in Laurel County Kentucky and, after they divorced, Lewis married Elizabeth 'Bettie' Jane Hart on 1/1/1907 in Knox County Kentucky. Elizabeth was previously married to William Henry Brafford, an attorney.
I'd be happy to share info with you.

I see you have place of birth for her as Frenchtown (Drake County), Drake County, Michigan. But on Ancestry.com I found it to be Frenchtown, Monroe, Michigan. But not seeing any resources to verify this info. So what do you have. for her? Any info would be helpful.

Both of these Memorials are located in and were photographed in the Heidelberg Cemetery. These are two distinct Cemeteries although located diagonally across Church Road from one another. I would suggest that you move your Memorials to the proper cemetery. Below is a copy of the burial records for the two Memorials from The Heidelberg Cemetery. You may want add the section, lot and position to your Memorials. I will remove my memorials when you have moved your memorials. Thanks for the heads up...

Hi Brian, I don't know if you noticed. The York duplicate memorials are finally getting deleted, I assume by Find a Grave. Joseph Slade York is now memorial 6162047. If you had links to him or from him you may want to update your files. I am still messaging all the creators of his children to re-link the memorials to the new father's link.
What a headache, but I guess better than duplicates... maybe not. LOL

I am also trying to clear up the duplicates of all the Yorks in the Brook cemetery.
Have a good day, Jackie

|Cunqi Jin||Protestant Cemetery in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province, China|
Dear Mr. York,
It's my pleasure to leave this message to you.
I just find 3 old photos about The Protestant Cemetery in Zhenjiang (the former name of the city was Chinkiang), Jiangsu Province (not Guangdong, the former name of Jiangsu was Kiangsu), China which you added for Mr. James Hudson Taylor, Mrs. Maria Jane Dyer Taylor and their children who were buried in this Cemetery.
Zhenjiang is my hometown. I visited the Protestant Cemetery two times in early 1960's when I was childhood, at that time I just study English in Zhenjiang No. One High School, this Cemetery left me a deep impression. The walls and the gate were a little damaged during Chinese "Great Forward" in 1958, and the cemetery was completely destroyed after 1965 as a timber company built on it which was approved by local People's Committee. The surface building including tombstones were moved to south suburb (now some people are looking for them, including me) and the under ground buildings ware buried under the timber wear house I think.
Now I am just retired from work in Beijing and also live in Beijing, I have been to Zhenjiang this February, and visited Mrs. Pearl S. Buck's former residence in Zhenjiang (now it has been become Pearl S. Buck Museum and Pearl S. Buck Research Association), Mrs. Pearls S. Buck's Mather and brothers were also buried in the Protestant Cemetery in Zhenjiang, I talked with staffs of the Association, they are very surprised as I can describe the details about the location and shape of the Cemetery because now only a few people know the detail about the location, shape of the Cemetery, they required me to do my best to memories any thing about the Cemetery to supply any valuable clue to help them to retrospect the history of the Cemetery. The following days I surveyed the field of the former Protestant Cemetery at west foot of Yun Tai Hill and visited local residents. I think I have the duty to do my best to try to find anything for them who buried in this Cemetery.
I'm very glad to find 3 photos about Protestant Cemetery in Zhenjiang supplied by you on internet, and I have carefully identified the 3 photos, it's indeed in the Cemetery in Zhenjiang. I hope you can supply more any other photos or information about the Protestant Cemetery in Zhenjiang or the City of Zhenjiang if you have, it would be very helpful to us to find more valuable clue about the Cemetery in Zhenjiang. I will return to Zhenjiang this June and will survey other places in Zhenjiang including south suburb as I have enough time to do this things now, if we can find any valuable clue, it would be comfort the souls who slept in the Protestant Cemetery in Zhenjiang.
Looking forward to hearing from your soon.

|Lisa ||Goshen Valley or Smith Chapel Cemetery|
I was looking up some info on this cemetery to try to find out where it is located. It appears that neither James Christian or Mary Marshall are listed in this cemetery. Although there are several graves that are unmarked or marked only by a 'fieldstone' with no info on it.
Sorry I could not be of more help.
