RE: Transfer request
I have transferred them to you. I hope you will see fit to leave the info I provided with them. I did a great deal of research to obtain it, especially for your grandmother.

Samuel Neal #53714304
Thanks for taking the photo. I was wondering if you would add the photo of Samuel & Abigail Neal's stone to Abigail's memorial #53713706. They're some of my distant ancestors. Thanks.

Berry Headstone - Portland Mills Cemetary
You recently added a photo of a stone for Roy O Berry (64105871), but didn't add it to the memorials for his wife and daughter who are on the same stone. Could you please do that? Wife Nellie 64105870 and daughter Sussanna 64105874.

Kimberly McAllister Sell
RE: Clevanna Mae Nichols
According to my research, her mother was Lucinda Yesley -- originally spelled Zeislez, then changed to Yeisley, & eventually Yesley. I believe her father started the name transitioning. Abigail Stropes Eanes was Clevanna's paternal grandmother, the mother of her father, Henry Eanes. There is around a 20 year age difference between Henry & Lucinda, so that made me doubt the marriage at first. However, I found several sources confirming their marriage. Clevanna's husband George, was my maternal great-grandfather.
Thanks for all your work.

George L Leonard (1813-1893)
May I have your permission to use a picture of George L Leonard's tombstone in Russellville, Indiana, for my family tree, please.

BTW, I have family living in Bloomington, too! :-)

Thanks for the kind offer, but you keep Paul and Nathaniel Spencer. I like helping connect families when I find information on them.

Take care,

Forget Me Not
RE: Harrell Fielder
Your right. Sorry I'm still new at this. It would make it so much easier if they did allow you to update the children at the same time esp. when they are grown.

Ben since I'm new I still have questions concerning updating information. When you accept a request for a photo are you just supposed to take the one photo that is requested or is it helpful to try to take photos of other tombstones with the same name with the hope that it could help with future research? Also if I notice a connection that could be made, should I contact the creator to do update or just let it go and let the family request it in the future?

Thanks for the update on Martha Lundy. It has been added.

Your welcome...wish I could have gotten to it sooner because I can not get Vicki to add or correct any of her mistakes. I have written to ADMIN to have the cemetery turned over to me for additions or corrections, they told me to send them in to them. I typed for the INMONROE list for 10 years, have tones of info that I am trying to add. Maybe someday I will get it all added. Let me know if you have additions or corrections, I will be happy to do what I can to get everything accurate.

Kathy Phelan
Sam & Malissa Swisher McCoy
I just happened to pull up Pleasant View and noticed that there was a picture of my great grandparents. What a great picture. You did a better job than I ever did. Great angle. I didn't know Malissa as she died before I was born, but I did know Sam. I mostly remember him sitting in my grandmother leather chair. He didn't say much. I remember going to his funeral in 51 and that it rained.

Malissa's twin brother, John Wesley McCoy is buried to the left of the their stone. It took me years to discover that.

Again...thanks for putting the picture on the findagrave site. It was a great surprise.

RE: Beautiful photographs at Bethel Cemetery
Thank you!

I took the Bethel Cemetery photos last March, but it was a really bright, sunny day, so the conditions were similar to today. It was tricky getting legible photos, because bright sunlight tends to wash them out. I had to walk around the stones to find the best angle. I also did a lot of Photoshopping, to bring out the contrast.

You posted a headstone photo for Mary Berneice Hooper McCullough. Her husband, Rex is deceased, and I have made a memorial page for him. Could you please add your photo to his memorial page - Rex McCullough - 53972644. Thanks!
