Photos added. Just in case you don't know: My photos are high resolution. If you click on them they open up. If you click on them again they will open up in a new browser window. When you move the mouse over the photo now you should get a magnifying glass, and when you click on the photo it will enlarge again. This works in Internet Explorer, I'm not sure if it works in any other browser. Ace

RE: Catherina Thielsen
Hi! I was at Forest Home Cemetery and here is what I found at D, 1058.

1. John and Kathrina Gattin Von Kampen
2. Ernest P.C. Dechow
3. Hattie A. Dechow
4. Emmy K. Dechow
5. Melville A. Dechow
6. Elizabeth C. Dechow
7. One unreadable monument

Number 7 above is a waist high monument that looks like an open book on a table. The two open pages of the book look almost totally unreadable in my photos, but they might show more detail in different light. Do you know if this is the Thielsen grave marker?

Numbers 1 - 6 above are all online already, but I can post more photos of all of them.

RE: Catherina Thielsen
Hi! I am asking you to call the cemetery because I have been in the cemetery office so much helping everyone on Find A Grave that they will not give me any more information. I am not related to you, I am just trying to help you get the picture you requested two years ago.

There are currently over 400 photo requests at the cemetery that are still open because the Section and Lot information for the grave has not been posted. With 70,000 burials at this cemetery the photo volunteers really need this information. If I could do this any other way I would.

V/R,

Ace

Cemetery info needed
Cemetery will only give 3 sites if you go there to photograph. If Ace is doing more, they need the extra info. Learned that from another request I made for this cemetery. Just my 2 cents worth. Also, Find A Grave asks that the request be accompanied by site information.
Butting in but thought you would like to know.

Hi! Can you please call the cemetery and obtain the grave location (Section & Lot numbers) and ask them whether or not there is a grave marker? Please post this information to the memorial or send it to me.

Forest Home is a huge cemetery with well over 70,000 burials, and the information is needed in order to find someone there. I go here regularly, and since August I have found over 150 graves at Forest Home that had the location information provided. Thank you! Ace

If Michael died 5 Mar 1887, and was aged 71y 9m 30d, then he was born 3 May 1815, not 5 Mar 1815. Thanks, Landon Tanner

Keim-Livengood Cemetery
Hello! I was given a death record that says my third great grandmother, Elizabeth Zimmerman is buried in this cemetery. However, when I went up to photograph her grave, I could not locate it. However, there are a few unmarked graves. Do you have any knowledge of her burial?

Barbara Keim Kayser (1832 - 1875)*
The correct spelling of the name Kayser is KASER. She was my gg grandmother. Her husband was Edwin Edward KASER. Her years of life are correct as far as I know.

Ivan Waddell
Cory Family at Green Lawn
Hi Mary Lou. I took photos of Orin Cory at Green Lawn Cemetery, Greene, OH today and have posted them. I have also posted his wife, Polly, Laura W. Cory and her son, Nelson. Also Orin Robert and his wife, Alma Rice Cory. I noticed that Polly's last name was misspelled and have sent Joel D. a message to correct it. If you would like I will transfer Nelson, Orin Robert, and Alma to you as I had to make memorials in order to post the photos. Ivan

RE: Keiser
Hello, Mary Lou,
Nice to hear from you. The inscriptions on the wall in front of the cemetery itself identify the place as Seltonright Cemetery. Find-a-grave recognizes the location as Seltonright Church Cemetery.
Best wishes,
Dennis O'Brien

Hi Mary Lou,

Additions have been made to Joseph's memorial. If you would like the family transferred to your care, don't hesitate to ask. They are not related to me.

Melanie Mann
Jacob Leist
As I was making your suggested changes I noticed an Andrew Leist in the same cemetery (39799274) and wife Catherine Yotter Leist (39799427). Are these Jacob's parents? Are you related and would you want to manage the memorials?

Hi Mary Lou:

I realized that I had transferred James' wife to you, and that you had created a mem for their son, so I just decided to transfer James to you, since they were not related to me.

Have a great day!

RE: Lois Jane Cory
Hi! No, I am not related. My interest in the family stems from a life-long, deep-seated fascination with the pioneer families of the Western Reserve of Ohio. I have literally spent about six hours a day over the past decade documenting them, and my file now exceeds a half million names, most of them New England pioneers. If you have any info you would like to see added to Lois' memorial, I would be happy to add it.
