You are very welcome. I'm sorry about the mud. The marker was just placed, and the grass has not yet healed the wound in the earth.

I have claimed your photo request and will be taking photos this coming weekend.
If you have any more information regarding grave location (Garden, Section, and Lot Number) please post this information for me.
Thank you for allowing me to fill your request I will do so with the same care and respect as I would for my own family member.

Happy to help. Sorry it took a while but the marker is on the shady side of a hill and it took a while for the snow and ice to melt enough to get a good photo.

You are very welcome. Coincidentally, I was just at the cemetery last week, and took the photos at that time.

Sorry it took so long. It was unmarked for quite a while but I kept checking since I knew I was in the correct place and felt a real moment of excitement when I finally got it - couldn't wait to get it posted for you.

|Jani Nebeker||RE: Ballantyne headstones|
Hello - I wanted to let you know there was also a Meta C Ballantyne buried beside them, so I took a photo of her stone and added her to f.a.g. If she is yours, let me know and I'll transfer her to you. Jani

I just sent the lady that created the memorial where she got her information that says she is buried in Calvary. Hopefully she will send me a reply with some other information. I am going to try and run down to the library real quick this weekend and check on Esther's obituary to see if she was in the Omaha paper at all. If she was, I can copy it.

Have you tried calling or looking on the internet about the other cemetery to see if she is buried there?
Where do you live? The reason for my asking is that I could make a trip up there to Pender to see if I could find the grave, but it would be easier if I knew a location in the cemetery. I don't know exactly when I could go. It is within my 90-100 mile radius from where I live. I am sure if you even put in a request for that cemetery someone would look it up and tell you if she is buried there or not.

Give me a little time, with the Thanksgiving holiday and I will be more than happy to see what I can find. Even though she died here in Omaha, doesn't mean that she was buried here.
Added by Leah Hubbard on Nov 16, 2011 8:23 PM
Where is the cemetery you are referring to? Is it any where near Omaha? If she died close to Omaha, do you think there might be an obituary here? I could go down to the library and check if you think it would help, but I would need some more information.

|Leah Hubbard||Esther Hill|
I called the cemetery today and they do not have a person by this name listed in their cemetery. You have dates of 1915-1993. Could she have a different last name, could she have gone by another name besides Esther.
Please check into this and let me know if you need anything further. I have left the request on Find A Grave, and haven't unclaimed it in case you find something different.

Are you interested in any other Buehner's ? Adding a number of them and chasing a Sadie, wife of a Fred Buehner who died in SLC in 1950...

It was no problem, I had never been to Montpelier before so it was a nice trip. :-)
After your message I checked a few of my resources and I think you're right, according to his death certificate he IS in Ogden. So, next time I'm down there I will look for him.
