Hi, Naman Barron was my great great grandfather. I have a picture of him different from the picture on this memorial if anyone is interested. I would add it to the memorial but I don't want to get things out of order. If you know of a family member who would like to see this one (he is standing with a young child) please let me know. Thanks!

|Lara Brown||RE: Mary Whitlow|
My mother is going to retrieve the marriage cert from Decatur County and see if Mary's parents are listed on the application . I read where you posted on Ancestry about a Lewis Peter Burns, but I have yet to make the connection between our Mary and William and these Burns. It would be wonderful if these are our Burns, would clear us a path to move on. Thanks for the reply, L

Could you tell me if Mary Whitlow's maiden name was Burns? If yes, is she a brother to William Burns that is buried in Delaware County, IN ? Thanks, Lara Brown

|Joyce||second wife of Paul Neas|
I received this email concerning a marker I have at Mount Olivet Cemetery:
Hi, We have been doing research on our Daniels Ancestry and believe this to be Mary E. Daniel Neas who married Powell "Paul" Neas on November 07, 1895, his second wife. His first wife was Nancy Hale by whose side Paul Neas is buried at St. James Lutheran Cemetery. Mary E. Neas died on March 10, 1921 at the age of 64, according to her death certificate. She was born May 17, 1856 in South Carolina.
I have added the note to her marker and thought you might want to link Paul to Mary. Her memorial number is 67137963.

I was just looking on the computer doing some family history and I came across this article on
Vicia and in reading the information I discovered
that she is my mom's sister. My mom's name is
Mildred Maxine Boyer Hermansen. I had never heard my mom talk about Vicia so I was quite surprised on finding this information. I loved the picture of her and have printed it out. I was wondering if you had more informatio on the Boyer family and any other pictures of the Boyers.

Kathy, since you documented this cemetery, maybe you can help. I requested tombstone pictures but was told that there were not any. You listed tombstone inscriptions so there must be some. Could you take these pictures for me.
Your efforts would be so greatly appreciated.

|Karen McKellar||Elsie Dodson|
We went to the cemetery this noon to try to find the stone for Elsie Dodson. Somehow I made a little mistake and had recorded that she died in 1877 rather than being born at that time, so we probably didn't search the right section of the cemetery. We will go back sometime today or tomorrow and do a little searching in the newer part of the cememtery.
We did find one Dodson lot, Several children are buried there, one Mandy daughter of Charles died in 1880, the other sides of the stone are unreadable.
This cemetery is not well kept, many of the older stones have fallen or are missing, many are so weathered they are unreadable.
I did notice a lot of Neese stones and well as Hull stones. If there is something specific you would like to have us look at, please e-mail me.
We only live about 1/4 mile from this cemetery. It is just across a cornfield from our home.

Thanks for the information for Silas Pollard and Susannah Hollingsworth. I have added it. I am planning to go over there sometime this week and try to get the pictures of any I missed. I don't know how I missed Silas Pollard because I think he was on the same stone as his wife. Maybe I just accidentally deleted it or something. You should get an email notification when I post it.

I sent an email with attachments to your other email address - Location (Pictures) - I did verify them with a grounds-keeper as there isn't any marker. I also attached a few pictures of the entrance and the Chapel. Pat Anderson
