Edna Butz
Dale, I made the transfer and then noticed that her stone lists her name differently from the way I found it, and that a second memorial was made that matches the stone. The older memorial (yours/mine) should stay and the other be deleted, but it would be a good idea to check out the name. Maybe her name was Marie Edna but she went by Edna?
Anyway, I notified the creator of the other memorial, #139230185, that it is a duplicate.
Sorry for the last minute name problem!

Thank you for your edit for Edna Butz in the Lee's Summit Cemetery. Are you a family friend or relative? I'm always happy to transfer memorials to those close to the deceased. I am not related.

I found obits for many DuFours when I went to the library yesterday - will be posting them on the memorials today.

I was just going through some random photos I took in mid-July and came across one that I think is a tad easier to see - even though the face of the headstone is eroded. Check it out and let me know if you'd like me to delete one. Find A Grave Memorial# 151096647

When I go to the library next - she is on my list - I will see if there is an obit for her. Will most likely be in the Poughkeepsie New Yorker - which was the predecessor to Poughkeepsie Journal.

RE: Poughkeepsie Journal
Unfortunately there is not online link for Poughkeepsie Journals as far as I know... They do have from 1999 - forward, but all others are at the local library and I have spent many hours going thru microfilm creating about 2100 copies of obits. I finally have an index for family done - includes about 3,400 family members now, and hopefully will have both an unedited and edited versions of the obits ready for distribution. If you are interested in copies let me know.

I am confused as you have the father's name being different than the maiden name you are proposing for her - for the moment I am going to reject the parents and the maiden name suggestions you have given until you can get them clarified as to which one is correct for her - the maiden name should match the father's last name...

RE: photo request for Reusse
Dale-
Thanks for creating the memorials. If there is an actual photo request (such as in this case), I will contact the requestor to give them the option of creating one for others in a plot so they can manage the memorials of their family members. Otherwise, I just create them myself.

I have posted the photos for Florence and William and a better one for Mary and Sebastian.

photo request for Reusse
Dale-
Just wanted to let you know that I posted photos for Sebastian and Mary (Holy Sepulchre Cemetery) but will be returning to the cemetery when the lighting is more conducive to photographing their headstone. It is crooked because I was trying to avoid having my reflection in it. In any case, next to their stone are markers for William Minges (died 12-25-1972) and Florence Minges (1895-1918) whose headstone indicates ". I'm guessing they are related as well? I have the photos so, if you want to create memorials for them, I will be glad to add them (no need to post a photo request). If they are not related, let me know and I will create memorials for them.

RE: Correction to last message.
No marker for Eugene was there. However his mother and father (my great grandparents) are both buried there. His brother (my grandfather) is buried in Wauwatosa Cemetery, Wauwatosa, Wisconsin along with my great great grandparents. Their gravesite does not have grave markers. Terry!!

The grave marker is in Spring Grove Cemetery, Delavan, Wisconsin. I did take a photo but unfortunately it came out to light to be easily read. Have a great day, Terry!!

Burial Josephine Velia Holston
Eugene Labar Holston was a great uncle of mine. I visited Spring Grove Cemetery in Walworth, Wisconsin recently. There is a headstone for Josephine Velia Holston with other members of the Barlow family located there. Terry Holston.

On line cemetery records for Mount Calvary only go to 2012. Do you know the location where I may look for you?

Mangold
The best thing is to ask the manager for Lucas and Ernestine Mangold's memorials to link them as spouses - then both marriages will show for Lucas.

RE: marion Cemetery
Paul took the photos. He says they are Anna DeKramer DeWitt d. 1993, Isaac & Gertrude DeKramer, Sara DeKramer, Cornelius DeKramer, the last two we note you have requested. All will be posted. BTW Adrian DeKramer is way up the hill from the others.

Thanks

Tina

Hi...if you go to the website
: http://www.buffalolib.org/content/grosvenor/guides-publications#6
scroll down to Mount Calvary Cemetery Burials, it lists all of the names, death dates and section and plot info......now if you need more info the office can give you cause of death, funeral parlor, last residence and church...surprisingly they don't have birth dates or spouse, parents names...hope that helps...by the way, its a beautiful monument, quite large in one of the older sections...
