|Emelinoa Lopez Davis||About Parley And Lillie Mae James|
Hi, my name is Emelinoa Ramos Davis. My mama is Mildred Kathleen James Ramos, the daughter of Parley and Lillie Mae James. I was wondering if you could tell me about my mama's side of the family. My mama died when I was 14 so I don't know much about her side of the family. My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org Anything you could tell me about the family would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I am a descendant of her sister Mary E 'Polly' Van Hooser my 2nd great grandmother who was Robert Miles Hicks 1st wife.
I have a lot of information on the Van Hooser line. Where did the Gains come in?
I would love to see you delete the duplicate entry and list her husbands and wedding dates and places. Glad you found where she was born. This will help us all find her better. We have found (my 2 cousins & I) several Van Hooser burials in Missouri, we are 1st & 2nd cousins working on our families together.
I have hit a wall with Hattie/Hettie Edgemond (their mother, I know Bluford remarried 2 times.
Can I use your photos and any others you may have, especially wedding and death copies? My email link is on my page here.

If you could get the other photo of the blank headstone removed, I'll add the photo of both of them. There are too many pictures on his page to add another. I posted it on Mary's page also.

Don't forget to link Tommy to his parents!
It will be so nice to see his name on his parents memorials... just beneath his big brother Joe....

I am so pleased to see this memorial for Joe South with his parents already linked. I love the "family photos" of his growing up years.

Anna I have transferred the Memorial I made for Joe South and his Wife to you, since you knew Joe's Family.
I put the first one up in this Cemetery Sept. 6th, because All I ever hoped for was someone who cared, instead of all these Folks just wanting to write Famous Bios. There are now 4 Memorials here, for him. Good Luck, Thanks again for the Memories of Him. Cindy

Anna, Thanks so much for posting the Pictures to Joe South's Memorial, and thanks for taking care of the Souter's family. The Family is Grieving so, they have not added anything. I went out to the Cemetery today, and took some Pictures, of Joe's Headstone, All the Flowers were already taken off, though. Best Regards, Cindy.

There is alot of vandalism as this has been a declining area for the last 60 years. It has gone about as low as it can go. Owners of the cemetery could care less about it's condition. Sad........so sad. They mow it and that is about all. Judy

You have requested a grave marker picture for the above. I was at the cemetery today and looked, but didn't find this marker (or any of the others). I have placed most of the names listed and have family buried at Magnolia. It was quite "gooshy" there, as we have had bunches of rain in the last few day and lot of water was still standing there, etc. Do you have any idea where they are buried within the cemetery? This would help, if you did. Just let me know one way or the other, would you. Thanks, Judy

No problem! I had the cemetery already photographed for the purpose of posting the pictures here, I just not have had the time to do them yet - so I certainly don't mind filling a request from them in the mean time!

I visited Greenlawn this afternoon to try and fulfill your request. The cemetery attendant and I visited the plot, according to their records, and it appears there is no marker/headstone. Sorry!!
