RE: VIRGINIA WHEELER
Memorial was created based on death certificate

Oak Grove was considered a Potters field so there where not many head stones.
That was how the county got away of just moving the headstone and not the remains documented by Bill Reeves

Cemetery notes and/or description:
This Cemetery was populated with the tombstones of Oak Grove Cemetery in Wilmington. "They were removed and haphazardly dumped on the back of trucks without any order and dumped at the new site. They were then taken and lined up in neat rows but thoroughly mixed as to family groups."
(Bill Reaves)

I have a grave and headstone for a Lucy M Daw in Onslow County, with the birth date of 30 Mar 1883 and death date of 4 Feb 1977.
Are these the same ladies?
