Confirming data on John Peter King
Just confirming on John Peter King, b. Olivet Cemetery, Polk, MN that Daniel King is a son. Thanks for listing him. Daniel died in Wabash, IN c. 1919. He is not, however, a son of Magdalene. Daniel's mother is probably Jane Allen who married John King is Stark, OH on 4 Nov 1838. There also appears to have been a daughter Martha. Daniel and Martha are listed in 1850 in the household of John and Martha Kimmel, Nemishillen, Stark, OH.

The other children listed are the children of Magdalene, John Peter King's wife (probably second wife). I am a descendant of Daniel King indicated above.

Bakken
Petra Bakken, does that ring a bell?

How about Ole Johanna Tronsaunhi (maiden name of woman married to male Bakken, that is Petra's parents)?

Long shot, but this same town is associated with other family members, so thought you might know. Also seeking information on Krogman family. I've figured a lot of it out, but still could have more on Delight, Dexter, Damon, Darwin, Ford Krogman to name a few. How about one more, John Dickerson with wife Martha Krogman.

That's about all but the kitchen sink.

Happy New Years and thanks.

Hello, you have requested photos at Woodlawn Cemetery in Forest Park, IL. I would be happy to try and look for your request but it can be quite difficult to find a grave without any location provided. Please call the cemetery and request the grave location. They can be reached by phone at (708) 442-8500. Once you have obtained a location please update the memorial in question with the plot information. Thank you.

Hello Maureen,

I will be giving the Cathedral office a call to find out how I can gain access to the mausoleum. I do not have any family in that mausoleum. And entrance is by swipe card.

Thank you so much for the great photos of Amund and Caroline's gravestones. Hers was the only one of her family that I didn't have photos.

Keep up the good work! It's greatly appreciated.

Maureen, I was looking on the Sand Hill Cemetery website for a Betsy Mjoen whom I found. She was a great aunt of mine. My husband and I would like to see about starting a webpage for the Cemetery that we take care of in our community. Can you tell me how to start that process? Thanks Arlene

RE: Frank Blasus
I move the photo across. I see one child is linked to the memorial that you might want to contact and have him move it over to the other memorial. If that happens, then you could contact the person who has this memorial and ask her to delete it. All I had done was take a photo and add it. Thanks.
