August Weinert
Hi, I just did a picture for August Wienert. There is a grave for Marie Wienert Groves next to it. Could this be the Marie that you are looking for? August is there with a different spelling.

RE: Amos Cox
Amos Cox lived in Fremont County, in the 1860's, just NW of the Morman settlement, Manti. He was the first driver for the stage that serviced this area. The original house, that was next to the stage barn, is still there. Most of Manti moved (lock, stock, and building) to Fair Oaks (name later changed to Shenandoah) around 1870.

RE: Niels Bertelsen
Oh my gosh, we loved the history you have of Niels living in Mt. Pleasant. We laughed and laughed about Maren yelling at those two boys. I don't think I've ever read such an interesting history and since my own great grandfathers came to the area I really enjoyed reading what it was like. We didn't have any idea there was any persecution in Denmark either. Quite the information you have. Thanks for sharing.

I never thought of video taping how to find them. That is a great idea.

RE: Niels Bertelsen
So glad to be of help. I made 2 trips before I found him because his name was worn off. My mother's name is Berthelson and they were from Denmark and in the same area at the same time so I'm sure we must be related, so I had a special feeling for finding Niels!

Sorry on not getting a shot of the area, but the sun was wrong and I did not want my shadow taking up most of the shot.

RE: William C. Rae
Kent, you can find his birth record in Utah cemetery index as 16 Nov 1838. My husband descends from Jane Rae and Charles Crabb Craig, their daughter, Charlotte Craig, born in Scotland. was my husbands grandmother.

RE: South Weber Pioneer Cemetery
Hi Kent,
I live in Seattle and a find a grave volunteer filled my request for my family member buried in this cemetery. So, I don't know how big it is. Have you tried putting a find a grave request out for your query?
good luck!

RE: Jacob Bachman
I just posted the information on this one. It's a small cemetery where my father is buried so I cataloged the other graves during my time up there. Someone named "Corn Chips" posted the photo. You should check with them. I'm glad you found your great grandfather!

Jim Davenport
Sarah Brown, Old Mormon Cemetery
Hi Kent, Sorry to say I was unable to locate a memorial for Sarah Brown. There were a number of gravesites marked with a simple stone with no names, and a number of them marked with a cement block with no name. I walked the entire small cemetery searching with no luck. Didn't even find one with a Sarah on it.

RE: Thank You for Clarence Gravemarker
I usually include plot designation in the photo caption. Select the photo tab above the memorial and click on the marker photo. If I didn't include the plot#, I'm sorry.
