My pleasure, Kara. I'm glad you like the inclusion of the mill explosion article. I wasn't sure if I should do that without asking.

It was my pleasure to visit the National Cemetery today...a gorgeous day and the trees are beautiful there.
Sometimes I look at all those white headstones and I feel so proud of those who served and protected our country.
We are truly blessed

You're right, the birth-date was incorrect, but I'm going to update it now to Dec. 26 1832.

|INDIANATURTLE||Carpenter & Chamberlain Burials - Hillside|
Thank you for furnishing the dates and photos for the Carpenter and Chamberlain folks at Hillside. Also, thank you for your kindness in caring for the stone that has fallen! I have a cousin in the area, so maybe she can go over and see how we (as Carpenter descendants) can reduce further deterioration. Jerushia is my great-granduncle. Raymond Chamberlain's grandmother & Jerushia's mother were sisters. Joseph E. Carpenter (Harriet "Hattie" Mansfield Carpenter's husband) Jerushia's brother. Hillside records keep me busy!
Thank you for the info on not finding Harriet within the cemetery records. I'll have to see now if she remarried.
I'd love to receive any additional photos that you took, and will send you a separate email. Most likely tomorrow. Thank you for offering them, and all your extra effort here!

To you want me to transfer her Theresa Glowinski?
I only created the memorial because she was on the marker stone. Because I do plot pictures.

|SaMo History||Myrtle Munn McCausland Farr|
I linked Myrtle to her second husband Clarence Farr. I see they are both buried at Deschutes Memorial Gardens, Bend Oregon. I was in Bend visiting Family in October and as with each visit there, I photograph headstones at this cemetery. I live in Los Angeles...Small world.
