Sorry for the confusion. It was Annie who was originally buried in Calvary and removed to Memorial Park.

Thanks for catching my error.

I have transferred Laura to you.

Joseph Pirrman, Jr.
Gary, I added a photo of my grandfather in the Vice Squad in 1956 if you wanted to see that. I found memorial pages for a couple of the guys and added it to their page also.

RE: LPD virutal cemetery
Gary, of course you can use the pictures of Joe Pirrman Sr. and Jr. for the LPD history! That would please me greatly! The picture of Joe, Sr. in uniform is dated Oct. 24, 1914 and I believe it was his academy graduation picture. He was 23 at the time. The picture of Joe, Jr. is not marked. I never saw my grandfather in uniform as he went to the Detective Bureau in the 1950's and wore a suit from that time on.

LPD virutal cemetery
Gary, If you are interest you could add my grandfather ( # 136200140) and great-grandfather ( # 136199950) to your LPD virtual cemetery. Both were on the LPD, my great-grandfather graduated the police academy in 1914, my grandfather in 1943. Both are named Joseph Pirrman.

Robert Gilchriest
Very interesting, about your friend. If he is related to Robert through the Gilchriest line, he is also related to me. I would be interested in hearing from him if he has any further information on the family members. Using Find a Grave, I have been able to piece together a lot more on that branch of my tree than if I had only used Ancestry. I find it is an invaluable tool Karen

Gary, thank you for the wonderful memorial you created for Robert memorial #125826257. He was the brother of my 3rd gr-grandmother. The article that you included gave further information than what was previously known. Other than census reports and city directories, the only info that had been obtained was from the Filson Historical Society. Letters from my gr-grand uncle who was interred and died at Camp Chase were invaluable. Thanks again for your contributions to Find A Grave.

Gary, thank you for adding his years of service in your tribute. I added that info to his bio also. I was happy to get the information to add to his timeline in my family tree.

LPD officer
Gary, you may be interested in adding Frank Anthony Mathes #25772503 to your virtual cemetery list of LPD officers. He was my mother's first cousin. A photo in uniform is on his memorial page. My mother told me the photo was taken about 1920. Thanks!

John Paul Neblett
You're Welcome!
You're very welcome.

It may please you to know that, of all the cemeteries I've been skulking around in lately- this was by far the most well organized. In addition to being very well maintained, it's quite beautiful.

It was truly a pleasure.

Best Regards,

-JP Neblett

RE: George G. Pfeiffer
I can send you a copy of the original picture, which is a higher resolution. It's greatly reduced in order to be used on Find A Grave. Send an email with your email and I will send it to you. My email is on my profile.

RE: Margaret Kriel

I have added the info. What a sad story. I've also been able to link Margaret to her son, William. I had a memorial for William Kriel b 1855, d 1923, and I had his parents as William & Margaret Evers Kriel. Using the info you sent and census records I was able to link him. I will always be glad to add any info that you want to send. More information about the person makes their memorial so much better!

Where did you leave the info for Margaret Kriel? I know you said "via Find A Grave" but all I see are the flowers you sent.
