|Carolyn Mason||M. Grace Arnold|
Chelsea, can you tell me if the M. Grace Arnold was located with James Lawrence Arnold's stone? Were there any others with him that you noticed? It appears that M. Grace Arnold could be James and Silvia's daughter. Thank you, if you noticed.

|Carolyn Mason||Great shot, Chelsea, thanks!|
Thank you so much for finding James Arnold's monument there in San Gabriel. I couldn't understand why he wasn't interred in Kansas with his wife, however, in 1910, she left California and went back to Kansas, apparently after his death.
Thank you so much for such a nice photo! I sure appreciate your help!
I am a volunteer here and appreciate your response to my first request! Have a good week!

Were you ever able to get back to get the John Davis Placque for me?
Added by Richard Jamieson on Oct 07, 2012 10:38 AM
I see you claimed my photo requests for John & Margaret Davis. I know they were cremated but are placques there at the cemetery. Were you able to find and photograph them?

Marjorie Hood Moore, buried in San Gabriel, is not a member of the Arkansas Hood's. Or at least not in the USA. Her ancestry was in South Dakota via Wisconsin via County Tyrone, Ireland.

|Steve Krahn||Erik Frykström|
He married Katarina Mathilda Persdotter b. 21 Aug 1826 in Hån, Sunne, Värmland and died 19 Jul 1908 in Cokato. She is listed in the Cokato Baptist Cemetery transcriptions along with many of her descendents tho she and Erik do not have a stone.
Which line do you come from? Are you still in Minnesota?
Added by Steve Krahn on Sep 04, 2012 9:05 PM
Wondering what line you are from?
Håkan's brother, Jan Håkanson, married Cajsa's sister Catarina. Their line went to Holmes City, Douglas County. They changed their name to Moberg. Cajsa and Catarina's brother, Erik Frykström went to Cokato, MN whom I descend from.

Well, this took forever because I got so busy with life. If you are still available to photograph, Charles Foster's crypt is in #2057.
Charles Henry Foster Nov.14 1887- April 1, 1970
Marguerite Hampton Foster should be right next to him.
And now I've forgotten even the cemetery -- sorry. I'll try to find it and get back to you.
Thanks again -- Mary

Got to looking at my records - I think it's San Gabriel city (also have notes of Rosemead) that he's buried in - maybe not the specific cemetery so need to dig a bit more. Sorry about that - thanks for trying!!

|LBlodgett||RE: John Lane|
Not a problem, I plan on going out there with some chalk, water bottles next time (left them at home this last trip) and see if that will help.
It is the cute little cemetery, but it sits atop a windblown prairie hill and these headstones really take a beating, ontop of the orange Lichen that is destroying these older stone headstones, they are almost impossible to read with the naked eye..hopefully I'll have success with other methods.

Just curious - was there already a request for this photo? Seems like I looked for this previously.
I live near that cemetery and have found many Wamsley stones, but not his yet.
I plan to go there this summer and take photos, but that will take a while as it is fairly large.
If you can get burial location from Clarksville City Hall, that would help so much.
There are about 20 sections. I spent one entire afternoon and only photographed one section. A person would spend quite a bit of time to walk and look for one stone.
I hope to help with that cemetery this summer.
