|Beverly Smith||Hugh Brown|
Hugh Brown was my gt, gt grandfather. He married Lydia Ann Waite in Findlay, Hancock, OH on 12 Mar 1840. They had at least 7 children and took in to raise a niece and nephew of his deceased brother and his wife. His son, Walter, my gt grandfather served in the Civil War. I hesitate to add information as I was severely scolded in the past for doing this on one of my ancestors. Please use it on the Find A Grave site if you feel it beneficial to others. Beverly

Do you think little Isabel Bruner is the daughter of your John and Susan Bruner, also buried in the same cemetery? - Thanks.

Mary Caroline Gray Weston McDaniels (145746220) is my 2x great grandmother ... and it looks like I've inadvertently created a duplicate. (147122539) Since you have links to yours I can't update, would you be willing to transfer 145746220 to me so I can consolidate?

Thank you for your quick response to my edit suggestions. I only send edits if I am sure my suggestion is correct. I grew up in Matherville and although I may not be related to many of these people I researched the family. Don't mean to bombard you with my suggestions. Thanks again for all your Find A Grave contributions.

Lordy! I do have Lydia Wilson b. 19 Jul 1818 as dau. of William & Rachel, hence she was Lewis' sister. I didn't have her middle name & that would have been a big tell. I knew the art work of each was done by the same person, but didn't think anything of that as they were older when they were done. I had gotten some wrong info at some point along the way & didn't really check the dates. I just sent another set on her parents with the wrong info thinking I might have gotten the wrong wife entered as her mother & boy did I ever! I'm so glad, that when you find a mistake you let the person with the wrong info know what the matter is, otherwise, you don't know what's incorrect. Thank you so much! C

Thank you for adding the gravestone photo (Center Grove at Kirkwood); I have come to the conclusion that he is not actually buried there, but have no idea where he might really be!
How familiar are you with the Center Grove cemetery and in obtaining information on the burials there? Kirkwood was the home of several of my ancestors, who were pioneers in the area, and I've been trying to get a little more information.

Thank you for photographing the headstone of Chester Bent, my cousin's uncle. My cousin's 50th wedding anniversary will be in July, and I'm planning on giving her a gift of her family tree which I have been researching, along with a narrative of it. Your addition will help to make a more complete history.
