It certainly seems like this is most likely the Felix that married Juliette Robinson. I have made corrections to the memorial to reflect your information. I had calculated the birthdate from his age at death so it certainly could be off by a year. I would suggest that you request a photo of his stone which would certainly shed more light on the situation. You might put in your note that you are hoping that the grave site is next to his wife. The photo volunteers at Fairmount are excellent and will probably have the photo done in a very few days.

|Pat Mitchell||Morgan L. Boyers|
I have been researching the William T. Boyers who sold his "Farm Land" in Monongalia Co, WV to the Empire Brick Co in 1901. On the 1860 Census for District 4, Monongalia Co, WV, Granville William T. Boyers is age 8 in the household of Morgan L. Boyers and wife Matilda. This William T. Boyers and wife Sarah Ellen Stumm, area buried in Mt Union Cemetery, Stewartstown, Monongalia Co, WV. Is he a son of the Morgan Lauck Boyers that you have posted his tombstone in East Oak Grove Cemetery, Morgantown, WV?

Cerelle, I think the dark lines on the stone were do to the rainy and snowy weather we were having that day. I was glad to find that cemetery it was interesting. Eliza Vernon was my 4th great grand aunt.

Happened to see your messages to colleen sanborn about Frances Whitcomb. John & Frances were my maternal 8th-great-grandparents. I have this note re: John's burial in my family tree:
Old Settlers Burial Yard ("The old burying ground"), Lancaster, Worcester, Massachusetts, USA
According to Charlotte Whitcomb in her 1904 book "The Whitcomb Family in America", "he was laid with other forefathers of the hamlet in "the old burying ground", but today no fragment of even a battered stone marks his resting place".
Also, the bio section of both John & Frances' memorial pages include this info:
According to Rev. Frederick Lewis Weis (b. 1895- d.1966), 12th minister (1926-1951) of First Church (the Bulfinch Church) in Lancaster, and an ardent genealogist, he noted that, "John and Frances Whitcomb were buried in the Old Settlers Burial Ground, but their gravestones have not survived."
So their gravestones were gone long before 1904, and it was confirmed by this Rev. Weis sometime before his retirement in 1951. It's disappointing, I know, but I hope you find this info helpful.

Hi, You may be in luck... I was unable to locate Mary Prentice in the Massachusetts Historical Societies burial ground database with matching dates in the Old Settlers Burial Yard; however, the librarian let me know that some records that are in Find a Grave as being Old Settlers are actually in Middle Cemetery. The two burial yards are separeted by a field and railroad tracks. I skipped Middle Cemetery that day, because it was getting dark. I will go back and look at the stones at the middle cemetery for you. Maybe we will have better luck! Do you know if she had a husband?

Hello. Made it to Olney cem while the boys where dove hunting. Martha Wade doesn't have a stone any longer. I know her first husband isn't buried there, and I'll have to find my family chart to see if second one is.
I added Missouri Catherine and James H. Brown photo's to their memorials. I have photo's of James A., Effie. J.L. Also for Abbie Brown, Moore and John Moore. I forgot to see if the two Moore's are on F.A.G. already. There's also in another section of cem., J.L., Abbey, James, Rolla and J. Aubert Brown. If you'd like to add memorials for these others? I'll add the photo's.
My husbands direct line is with Mary Susan Cobb, Lewallen, dau of William and Catherine Cobb.

I note that you posted a photo of my Grandfather Rueben McMillen on this site. I gather you were related to him somehow so that means that we are related some way. Would you mind sharing the connection if you know? My dad was Lyman Thomas McMillen, Reuben's oldest son. I am a native of Louisiana Mo.

|Shani Miller||RE: Sallie Ann Huffman Wade 112904379|
I was contacted by Carolina Grave Hunter aka Vicky, who advised she had discovered Stempel was the correct spelling of the cemetery. It does appear that they are one in the same, so I moved Sarah and her daughter, Irene to the Stempel Cemetery. According to Vicky, the duplicate cemetery, Stemple has been reported to findagrave. I suggest contacting Vicky for further verification if needed. Hope this helps.

|DBLee||RE: Henry Howdeshell 91186779|
The Date of Death that I have, 1865, came from a fellow genealogist in 1992. Her name is Carolyn Hagner, and she lived in Florissant Missouri at that time. I do not know if she got the information from the cemetery, or some other source. I haven't had contact with her in years. Also, I have not visited the cemetery where Henry is buried, so do not have direct information. I do not anticipate going there in the forseeable future. I suggest that you request a photo of this grave on find-a-grave and see if it can be located. If you have further information to possibly correct the date, please let me know. Or, if you desire to have control of this record, let me know and I will transfer ownership on Find-a-grave. Thank you for your info. Don Lee
