RE: John LaBare
You're very welcome - glad to help. By the way, near John's grave I found Melvin W. LaBare (1903-1966) and Eleise G. LaBare (1901-1967). I added photos to their memorials as well. Would they be John's parents? If so, you or I could submit a parental link on John's page.

Re: Emogene (Sterling) Sterling
Hello,

You sent me a note awhile ago: "Emogene Cook Sterling was a daughter of Clyde Jesse Sterling and Bertha O. Hoofman. Emogene married in to another Sterling family. ~ provided by: Bruce Taylor"

I just received another note from another member: "The parents for Emogene Cook Sterling are in error. Emogene Cook was the daughter of George Sears Cook and Frances Pauline Shirley - per the death certificate of Pauline Cook, her mother - she is listed as the informant on the Texas death certificate. - Lisa #47262565"

Do you have other sources for the parents you listed? I'd like to put the correct information on her page.

John D. Boxell and Ann Elizabeth
Mr. Taylor- Thank you so much for memorial for my ancestors, John D. Boxell and his wife, Ann. They were the great great -grandparents of my father, Roger Gray Miller. John Boxell Jr. was his great-grandfather and Viola (Boxell) Saxon, his grandmother. I have been doing family genealogy for about 1 1/2 years and was very excited to see the Find A Grave Memorial and the photos recently. I am trying to find out information on John Boxell Jr. Thanks again.

I am not related.
I don't know where Charles E. Barstow is buried but his gravestone is at the Wood Lake Cemetery,
shared with his wife.

Happy holidays to you Bruce! Rumor has it you are going to be showered with many gifts since you are such a good guy and beloved by your family. As for me, my family will probably give me dirty looks and an occasional stare!

Hi Bruce,

I am so sorry for the delay regarding your photo request. There was an error with the picture file on the original photo, but I drove back out and re-shot the grave today. The picture should be up now. My apologies and thank you for your patience.

RE: Diers
Thankyou, Alice's grave was to on the North side of the cem, around section 10 areas.

From the 1st entrance coming from HL, turn in and take a quick left (this is before the flag pole) and the road wraps to the right. Alice was near the next road to the right but she is on the left side - a patch of sun and few trees.

When grabbing pics of others, I noticed lots of Dier stones. Do you have the cemetery contact?

RE: Diers
Sorry, I was only able to find Alice. If interested, I kept the stone and the close shot of hubby if you'd like to create a mem and request a photo or just lemme know and I can upload the pics.

Do you know what part of the cem the boys might be in?? Alice was in the North central section (to the right of the flag pole) when I found her. The other Diers did not match.

RE: Diers
Thanks A ok - I didn't go since I didn't hear.

I have the other 18 or so and their plot locations. But I will walk the cem and look for the Diers you'd like - I'll also add Scott to the requests :)

If you remember the area N, S, W, E of the cem - that would be great (had a little surgery and am supposed to limit the activity to 45 minutes (a true damper to cem walking).

Thanks - I'll plan to get there Monday or Tuesday of this week now that I have all the request info I can get :)

Diers in Howard Lake, MN
Would you have any additional info for Alice 1905 and Brad and Brian (infants from 1962 and 63) that may help me find these three.

I have a map, but not a listing of the interments.

Any family they might be near or family plots/names that might be around.

Is Alice the grandmother of Brad and Brian?

thanks - I'm heading over to HL later today
