|Rickie Bickle||Thomas and Sarah Clark|
I recieved a e-mail with some additional information on Thomas and Sarah Clark at the Iowa Veterans Home Cemetery.
Here is the information that was sent to me.
Recently you did some posting on Marshalltown Veterans Cemetery. Permit me to give you some additional info. Thomas A. (Alexander) Clark was born 6 Sep 1843 in Illinois. His father was Alexander Clark b 19 Dec 1805 in Muhlenberg, Kentucky and died Between 1850 and 1860 in DeWitt County, Illinois. His mother was Jane Jones b Abt. 1809 in Tennessee. Thomas A. Clark's wife, Sarah J. (Jane) Griffin Clark and my great grandfather were brother and sister. Thanks for the photos. The day we were in Marshalltown and at the cemetery there were several inches of snow.

Now that the weather is better I am planning on getting up to the cemetery to shoot some photos. I have a very long list. I plan on replacing some of the photos that have been posted on some of the memorials due to low quality.
My Aunt lives in the IVH and I make regular trips there to visit her.
Hope to have the photos in the next couple of weeks.

I linked parents to children. Would it be okay to save the pictures you added and send them to my Aunt Vicki who is a direct descendant? She would be thrilled to see them. Thanks for the consideration.

|Rickie Bickle||RE: IVH cemetery|
I would be glad to get the photos for you. I have been waitting for the snow to melt off of the cemetery so I can get back to photographing markers. I like providing quality photos. I have seen so many including some posted for the IVH that are not very good quality.
I will also transfer the memorials to you as soon as I get the photos posted.

|Vicky C||RE: Fulk|
Hi. I went out to the cemetery again today and searched in the spot's that the manager showed me to look. I could not find anytype of marker that you described. The manager was very helpful in helping me lookup 6 graves when I was there so I really don't think he was giving me the runaround. He drove me out to one location when I couldn't find it myslef. I'm sorry I couldn't located this for you.

|Kathy (Kuenstler) Hursta||RE: Joy|
Ok--If the obituary is added to the memorial record, it should list the newspaper and date the obit was printed.
The obit was posted in the Olney Daily Mail newspaper Richland Co, IL on June 10, 2010
Does this suffice?
The legal way to do this is not copy it word for word.

I was wondering how you got this picture of her? I am her great great granddaughter, and had never seen a picture, even though I was very close to my G Grandmother her daughter Gertrude. I would love it if you could send me a copy. Also any information you may have on her ancestors. Thanks for your time.

|Diane Midkiff||RE: Henry O. McGeorge|
I haven't been working on genealogy for awhile. I just saw your request to update his cemetery on Findagrave to Illini, and I made the change. Our common ancestor is Samuel Caughey McGeorge. When I had more time on my hands, I entered as many McGeorge relatives as I had information on.
