To get your request for a photo of this person at Live Oak Memorial Park in Monrovia, California it would help if you could call the cemetery and obtain the grave location and add that information to your request, or message me with the location.

They are very busy but they do respond to requests but you might have to leave them your email or telephone number so that they can contact you with the grave location at a time to suit their work schedule.

Their number is (626) 359-5311

Kind regards

John Holland

Doug, I'm sorry this is the best I could do. Spent 3 days trying to dig out the white stuff someone had used to make the letters stand out. Whatever it was it hardened like cement, went through a bunch of bamboo skewers trying. Wood ones broke to easy. If you would like to put up another photo request that would be OK with me. Frustration set in and I had to quit. No picture I took did it justice as it is a very pretty stone. Cyndy B.

I will be replacing the picture. Having a terrible time with the weather if I am tied up it's sunny, if I'm free it's raining. Please bear with me I'll get it yet. Cyndy B.

RE: Flemming's in Wisner, NE
Doug,
A guy named Brad recently photographed the entire St. Joseph's Cemetery including your Flemings. Go to Nebraskagravestones.org and search.

Brad will upload some of his photos to findagrave upon request. He considers his photos copyrighted and requests that you ask permission before you copy his photos to other sites.

Jacob Peth
Hi Doug,
I found your request in my emails today, and I don't remember if I got back to you on Jacob. He is actually buried in the Fairmont Cemetery NOT the Fairmont Catholic cemetery. The gal that has made several entries has people listed in the Catholic cemetery who are actually buried in the Fairmont Cemetery. Confusing, I know....there are 2 separate cemeteries about 1 mile apart. I have sent requests to her several times to remove or at least check to make sure her entries are not actually in the other cemetery. Oh well....we keep on going forward!

Blessings,
Mary

Alfred Stacey
Hi, I went to Argo cemetery in Scott Co. Iowa to try and fulfill your photo request. I checked every stone and could not find this name on any stones. I was drawn to one stone that had the whole top missing and I took a picture even tho it did not have any name on it. This cemetery is literally in the middle of a cornfield. Anyway when I got home and started looking thru my pictures I noticed that the headstone with no name does have an age of 27 years and five months. It appears that Alfred Stacey was that age when he died. It was also located very close to the Stanley family headstones. Would you know if Alfred Stacey had any connection to Stanleys?. For some reason I believe this is Alfred's stone, however I need to find someone that has a record or map of the cemetery. If you have any more information, please let me know. Thank-you.

I CANNOT remove something I did not add. Contact the person that added the photo. IF you were to check the cemetery photo request you will find I asked for a NEW photo, as this one was wrong. And please be nice, I don't take orders. But you might want to read the FAQS

Re: Jennings
You are welcome, I just happen to have a Jennings who married my great grand aunt Edith Almeda Goldrick, I believe he is related to Emily's husband Jared Jennings. His name was Enoch Wilson Jennings, he always went by his middle name of Wilson, his parents were Harmon & Melissa Catherine (Hunter) Jennings. Wilson's grandfather was Enoch Jennings & a brother of Jared. I have posted a obituary for Enoch Wilson Jennings on his memorial Find A Grave Memorial# 44630494, if you would like to read it. It is funny how they migrated from Wisconsin to Nebraska & then left there & lived in Upstate New York where they died, but they were buried in Rugby,NE. I descend from Edith's sister Hannah Naomi (Goldrick) Van Dyke, my great grandmother. My mother has a family photo of Enoch Wilson & Edith with all their children, we also have farm photos of their farm in Rugby,NE. We have letters from NY from them to my grandmother when her mother Hannah died in 1926. We were lucky my grandmother kept all the old photos & letters in a trunk upstairs in her home, when she died cleaning out the house we discovered them & kept everything, to us they are priceless gems of our heritage.

RE: Mary Ellen Stevens
Hi Doug,

Since this cemetery is very large, I have to rely on the cemetery office to point me in the direction of the grave.
If they don't have a record of it, I'm lost.

I will go back tomorrow (if no rain) and have the office point me to Mary Ellen Sloan's grave. Then I will have a starting point. Is Felix G Sloan buried in this cemetery? Later - Dennis (dendelmann@msn.com)
