Thank you for your message, certainly post her profile info on ancestry.

I too descend from Roger Evans and his daughter Eleanor who married Morgan Jones.

You can follow the findagrave links back to Roger's memorial info.

Thank U very much Lynda.
The wording of your note really caught me off guard and I am very grateful for it.
It really makes all the work in the field worth while. Later, James Coston

Sarah Bolen, Armour West Cem.
Early morning Lynda,
It appears the mission was accomplished, it was quite fun and entertaining with a couple of new discoveries.
I removed the plot foto for Mathias & replaced it with an updated one. Last year the cemetery was hit by vandals and Mathias's stone was toppled face down. Before it went down, it faced West (as the original foto showed). After it was placed back on the pedestal, it now faces East. I put in plot fotos with background to show people where to search if they go looking so that is the reason for the new foto just in case you realize a difference.
= = = = =
To locate this plot:
Enter Armour West @ main gate, Go down to the 5th row on the left, the marker is the 3rd one down.
= = = = =
The flower shown marking Sarah's location was placed by me just for this foto, to show the location. She is 4 ft left of her husband. There are no more markers in that row 20 ft to the left nor 15 ft to the right, the logical deduction would be she is the one buried there.
I hope this info helps in your genealogy search.

Sarah Bolen, Armour Cem.
Morning Lynda,
I just looked @ the entry for Mathias and his spot will be easy to locate because I put in detailed location instructions, plus the flagpole is in the background.
I did not check around him the first time because he was the only Bolen on the list. Now I am curious myself and it's only 10 miles out there, easy round trip and the cemetery is fun to walk.
So, it's pretty chilly right now but when it warms up today or tomorrow, I'll go back out and see if there is an adult female in an unmarked grave next to him. If so, then logic would dictate it would be his wife.
There is no way to identify the person by name unless some old cemetery records come to light but I can positively tell ya adult, child, baby, male or female.
Will get back to ya. Later, James Coston

Bolen surname, Armour Cem.
Morning Lynda,
The cemetery has (2) sections divided by a farm road, Sections East & West, with West being the original.
I checked the cemetery registry and found only one Bolen listed in the West section:
Bolen, M.E. 7-20-1828/6-24-1910. If U know who that person is, that might help in locating your request . . . .
I was over there yesterday on other requests & I go over there after the requests build up.
I will keep yours listed on my clipboard for my next time out. Maybe luck will prevail and there will be other family members, not listed, buried with this person.
Later, James Coston

Please note the addition of Emma's grave. She was Josephine's daughter. Also, there was an unnamed baby cited on the same gravestone.

RE: Martin Bolin Gravesite
there is no gravestone for Martin in the Bolin Cemetery. There was only one gravestone remaining. Sally Victoria Bolin, daughter of Mark M. Bolin and Eugenia Bailey. I know Edward Bolin's marker (grave too) was moved to Rocky Swamp. The Salley book gived record of who WAS buried there. Sorry.

Lynda, I believe you can click on the picture, then right click and save the photo to your computer. If you aren't able to do this, let me know and I'll see if I can dig up the photo. It's a scan from the book FIRST 100 YEARS NOLAN COUNTY TEXAS.
