Thank you for tending to my grandparents record, #132923055 and 132921572. I would like to ask if you could please transfer their memorials to me so I can update the information. Please and thank you.

Raymond C. Wilson
Mary, thank you for the wonderful additions/corrections for the Memorial of Raymond C. Wilson. As was evident in the Memorial I created for him, the sparse info I had about my Great Aunt Barbara Martindale and her husband Raymond Wilson was from listening to my family speak of them when I was a child. Thanks to find-a-grave and Contributors such as you, I now have a much better mental picture of this family. I'm in the process of "linking" them on find-a-grave all possible.

Henry T/Alves Willingham
Mary, I definitely see where you feel that the middle initial is "T" for Henry Willingham but according to the Social Security Record/Index, his name was Henry Alvis Willingham. A lot of census records are mis-transcribed, sadly, either by person or by computer. So Henry "A" Willingham, could have been transcribed as Henry "T" Willingham. In fact, census takers/compilers were so bad back in the day, I have Thompson's in the 1920 census that are listed as "Tompas," Lol.

So for right now, the Social Security Death record to me, is the most "accurate" and that's why I went with Alves/Alvis.

Anna Belle Hawk
I believe Anna Belle Hawk your memorial # 8090945 is also a daughter of George Washington Hawk and Margaret E. "Maggie" Frybarger Hawk. Im not sure how to add the info but just happened to notice Anna Belle was not included on their list of children. Thanks Mary for all your hard work!

RE: Willis C. Hammer memorial #135664768
I found more information and was able to confirm this is the correct Willis C. Hammer who was married to Stella McCauley. Thank you for your assistance.

Willis C. Hammer
Could this Willis C. Hammer memorial #135664768 be Stella McCauley Hammer's (memorial #53974645) ex-husband and father of her children (Winifred Hammer Barquist)?

Thomas Edgington
Thanks for all the additional information. I've linked him to his parents and will keep searching for clues to location of his first
wife. I'll try to link any children or siblings who are unconnected
as time permits, while adding to the biography. His second wife
Martha Johnson's maternal grandmother was a sister of both my
three greats and my great-great-grandmother. So I didn't really
have much information on previous marriage & children: parents;
or siblings when I originally added him to Find-a-Grave.

Thx for the info. Changes made...hopefully correctly. My info came from the death certificate, and things are sometimes not entirely accurate there.

James Harvey Wilson
Mary, we corresponded some time back, all our messages are still on your Find A Grave profile. I've worked on a DAR app for a Wilson descendant for some time. I wanted you to know that a DAR member found a Will for James H. Wilson in Crawford County that was written March 27, 1857, 3 days before his death. It is in Will Book 2, pages 67-69, Crawford County. It named all his children including James C. Wilson, so it ties up the application for me. Thanks you so much for your help and information on this family.

RE: James Floyd Hardesty #126775525
I transferred James to you. In his bio I made the corrections you suggested but added Conflict when referring to his service in Korea. That is because the US never declared war on North Korea but was the lead nation in a United Nations force to help South Korea since China, with assistance from Russia, was helping North Korea.

Thank you for point out my typing errors, I try to double check what I write, I have arthritis in my right hand, but this must have gotten away from me.

Leslie Lee Matthews
Thanks for pointing out the typo in Leslie Lee Matthews age. Do you know the date of his marriage to Eliza Alice Smith? If we could add the date it would help assure her spouses are in order. Her 2nd husband Oscar Ford was related through 3 of his 4 grandparents.
