Family Tree Climber
RE: The Richwines
Always glad to send them your way when I notice a connection. I know you will take excellent care of them. Amazing how these Cumberland County families seem to have branches that intertwine all over the place!

RE: Hazel Ashwell, Cont.
Barry,

Thanks for the info. I added Geneva's name and then listed the source you gave.

I don't know if you ever researched Edward. I at one time found a news article on him and submitted it to the owner of his memorial but she never added it. Edward committed suicide by shooting himself. Very sad story.

Best wishes on all your research!

Sherry

Barry,

Thanks for the edits you have been sending.

I have a question about the infant daughter. I was wondering where you got the name. I have access to burial records and I also pulled the death certificate but I can't find a name anywhere.

Thanks!

Barry,
Thank you for your diligence in linking all of the Lewis M. Lille Belle's children. That in itself is a large task!

RE: Velma Phillips Boyer
Barry,
Velma's (my grandmother) middle name is Irene. This is written in a photo album by my mother, Barbara Joy Boyer and I what I was told since a child. I have Velma's death certificate but It hasn't been scanned and I have to find where I phyiscally filed it away.

RE: FAG Memorials & Photos
Hi Barry,
Thank you for the email reminder. It's been a bit of a trudge going through my mother's photo's. To say she was UN-organized, is a understatement!
Within the next week or two, I will be editing and uploading photos on the memorials you so graciously handed over to me.

As for Manual Costa, I think he was in San Jose. The problem I'm having is with his son, "Sonny", my uncle. I thought he was buried in San Anella but now I'm not sure.

Yours truly,
Deborah

RE: Posting Obits on Findagrave
You are incorrect. Look for the section titled "Can I add an obituary to my interment listing?"

RE: Memorials 69401745 & 69401793
I don't have a problem with obits, in fact I look for them in old newspapers but posting them is against Find-a-grave policy. I have saved the one you sent and will add the following to the memorial:

Contact me for her obituary.
Roseburg News Review
Thursday 19 Sep 1940
page 3

If you want credit for sending the obit, let me know and I'll add that, too.

I post obits all the time but send an edit stating I will delete it when the edit is completed. That way the memorial manager has the information and can do what ever they choose to do with it. I enjoy this hobby and do not want to loose access to my memorials. Findagrave will do that if you blatantly break their rules.
