Lydia Belle Conley Peters was a half sister to Wm “Bill” Conley who married Mary Sarilda Neeley. Wm’s mother was Catherine Shepherd who died in 1857. Barnett married Ann Eliza Mullen after 1857. These Conleys moved to Muskogee County along with Pleman Peters and children and with my Gr Grandfather Mason Stokes Conley, another half sibling of Lydia, before some moved on to California after 1910. They appear in the 1910 Muskogee County Census.

Thank you for the links. If you are a family member I would be happy to transfer the memorial.

|Sabrina K. Combs||Mt. Carmel Graves....|
Now that you've transferred graves to the Mosheim Mt. Carmel, you'll need to delete the duplicates. I've deleted mine as I realized yours had been transferred, but I transferred some to you before I realized they were duplicates. I've tried to transfer photos over from mine to yours, too, but I've probably missed some of them. I'm glad we're finally getting this sorted out! :-)

|Sabrina K. Combs||RE: Moore family Mount Carmel|
I have transferred all of the Moores at Mt. Carmel Cemetery that I have to you. If there are any in the bunch that you don't want, you can transfer them back to me or transfer them to #8 (find-a-grave) to manage as I'm not related to any of them. Let me know if I can be any further help to you. :-)

Volunteers searched the cemetery based on your plot information and could not locate the headstone.

|Sabrina K. Combs||Malinda Moore Grave|
I added a photo of the grave of Malinda Moore to the memorial. I just wanted to let you know the marker is in very poor condition. It looks as if it was broken in half, and only the top half is still sitting on the base. I didn't see the broken half laying around anywhere. I sprayed it with distilled water to try and bring out the letters better, but it didn't help much. You can vaguely see the name Malinda, but any other writing (if there is any) is completely unreadable. Sorry I couldn't get a better photo. Her grave is close to that of her husband, and I've put his grave photo on the memorial, too. It was in much better condition.

The link was added on a page that I created but transferred so I am assuming that the individual that took over the memorial added the information but I have not idea. I am sorry that I can't help.

I received your email and realized I had not put the photo on the profile for that person. So, I added the photo and your notes, but they figured I should just transfer it to you... I took the photos for ArkansasGravestones.com and often enter them into Find A Grave when and if I have time. Do you have any other relatives in that cemetery you would like transfered (that I have right now)? More than happy to transfer- I have no connections to the cemetery or anyone buried there.....
If you don't want to have this transferred to you, transfer back to me... otherwise, enjoy!

|Wednesday||RE: thank you|
I was glad to take the photos. I thought it was great that you had a link to the family web on the records. That must make it easier for distant family.

Same-Same for the wife. She was a Reese and her mother was a Dollard from Mountainburg. The Peters connection was further back.
