Joyce Dianne O'Neal
Morgan/Gale/Willis Family
Hi Diana. My name is Dianne "Gale" O'Neal. I live in Kansas City, Missouri. My Grandmother was Stella Ann "Morgan" Willis. My mother was Vernia Catherine "Willis" Gale. My father was Ovie S. Gale. His father was Lawrence Gale of Licking, Missouri. One of my cousin's and I have just started researching the Gale/Green/Morgan/Willis families. I would appreciate any information you could give me on the Gale's and or the Morgan's. And also the Starks. Thank you very much. And have a blessed day. Sincerely, Dianne P.S. My email is davidoneal5119@att.net

Daniel P. Stark - Find A Grave Memorial# 104300703
You have the birth date of Daniel Stark listed as 1756. Since his first son was born in 1768, I truly believe that is incorrect. I (and most Stark family researchers) have his birth year as about 1743. Could you change the date of birth on his memorial? (Or if you have proof of the 1756 birth, please let me know!) Many thanks for your consideration of this matter and for your many contributions to Find A Grave.

RE: John Redfern Tucker
Thank you. I will do that because I would love to find someone with proof. All my sources indicate that John Redfern is not the husband of Mary but maybe someone else is holding something different. Thank you for all your help.

RE: Joseph Stark
Thank you for the picture of my uncle and aunt, Joe and Pat Stark. Pat Ford Stark was my father's youngest sister. She is living in St. Charles, Mo. Her three daughters live near her. She has lots of grandchildren. I would be interested in any information you have about Uncle Joe's relatives. I was under the impression that he changed his name to Stark because his real name was too difficult to pronounce. That was something I was told when I was very young. If that is true, do you know the original name? Joe worked for Laclede Gas most of his career. Joe and Pat divorced a few years before he passed away.

John Redfern Tucker
Hi Diana
As you know I do dispute that John Redfern Tucker is my GG Grandfather. Just hope any family member's check the sources before they add him to their family tree. Debra

Hi Diana,

I have made the updates you suggested for Margaret Neely. If you are related and want to manage this memorial, I will transfer it to you. I am not related. I always prefer to have family manage family...

Thanks,

Roy Woodruff

Roderick Clark Miller
RE: JT Clark
Thank you for the Transfer of infant JT Clark. Son of Dr. Francis Marion Clark and Malinda Louanna Williams.
I have seen your name and contributions many times on my relatives memorials..
I am related to the Clark and Privitt families in Shirley, AR- grandparents on both sides- Large family and mst I have never met, my grandparents knew them and told me stories about them so I have always had an understanding of our family history and was familiar with most of the elder family members names from the 1850's through the 1900's.
I do discover and have met several new family members in my research. Would live to hear your relationship to the Clark's .
I hope your son has a quick recovery!
Best Regards
Roderick

RE: Tucker family
I'm not sure. Based on census records Malissa Caroline Tucker was the sister of my Eliza or Louisa Jane Tucker. Her first husband William Hance was the brother of Eliza's husband Crow Hance.
Now, Mary Caroline Giddens born about 1836 married Francis Marion Tucker, the uncle of Malissa and Eliza/Louisa. Her obituary is in the J.J. Watts collection and it says her father was William G. Giddens. my email is lesliesgenealogy@aol.com if you want to contact me

RE: Albert & Alberta are the same
No Worries, Washington Park reinterments at StL Calvary are not that easy to understand. And the fact cemetery employees are not always the best spellers make it more challenging. And the confusing with Actual death dates VS burial dates don't help.

If you have any questions please do not hesistate to ask.

Thanks
kathie

Hi Diana: Thank you the transfer, it is so very much appreciated. So sorry to hear of your loss. I, too, was caring for a loved one with dementia for several years and know how all consuming that can be. Blessings to you and your family. Chris

RE: Stramm
Diana, You may use my name. I thought that if the memorial was a family member that you could talk to Find A Grave and have it transferred to you. I have to admit that when someone says they are a family member and the memorial is not of my family, I transfer the memorial to them without any proof because I feel that as long as they are interested in the memorial and I just made it that it should go to someone who cares.
I did ask the lady to add an obit for a second cousin and she never responded.
I am like you, I believe that adding photos of these people and/or info makes them real. Sometimes, when I find obits in old newspapers, I add them to the memorials if one is already made or make it and then add the obit. What wonderful information for people who are trying to find their roots.
I did not ask her for permission to add the photo that I added.
I hope you get it all straightened out as she made memorials for quite a few members of my family.
Becky

RE: Stramm
Diana, Yes I added a photo on Martha Clark Stamm's memorial. She was married to my great uncle. I have asked the person who made the memorial in the past to put an obit on a second cousin of mine and she never responded. You don't need permission to add photos. I have in the past and no one has ever said anything to me.
Are you related to Martha?
Becky
