Fred C Potts Photo Request
Your photo request has bee fulfilled. I want to let you know that the Potts are not in Oak Hill Cemetery in Cartersville,
Bartow, they are in Oak Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in White, Bartow, Georgia. They are about 15 miles apart. Oak Hill Cemetery is a huge cemetery owned & managed by the City of Cartersville and is close in down town. White, Bartow County is a very small town East of Cartersville on Hwy 411 and Oak Hill Baptist Church Cemetery is on Hwy 140, 2 miles East of 411 White Georgia.
The reason there were no photo request being filled is they thought the Potts were in Cartersville. When I went there on a request for Wayne Eugene Potts, a Dale Black who works there told me he might be in Oak Hill in White.
When I went to White Saturday, I found a lot of Potts buried there. I took photos of all and uploaded the to Find A Grave. I created about five memorials also. So if you are researching the Potts, this is my treat to you.
Have a Blessed Life, Marjorie

Could you please tell me how I can find this family gravesite? Are their stones? He is my fifth great grandfather. I live in Kennesaw and would love to go by and take photos if possible.

Thanks for the excellent photo of Ben Hazelwood's military marker, I am always pleased to see that our veterans have been honored. Ben's wife should be next to him, but I don't know if she has a stone -- do you recall seeing it? Her name was Louise "Lulu", first name also seen as Martha Lulu, not sure what is on her marker.

Thelma Fuller parents
I wanted to thank you for contacting me about adding my Aunt & Uncle's link to my cousin Thelma's gravesite. I have been gone for quite a while and just got back into the swing of things at work and on this website. I was just gathering photos of my Aunt Edna to post her grave when you sent me this message. Would you mind transferring her site to me? I would sure appreciate it. We were very close in our family. Thank you for everything. Debbie Stanley

RE: fyi
Thanks.

There is a member with duplicated memorials in each cemetery. Fairview memorials were done in 2009 and duplicates of the same memorials were done in 2012 in the Fairview at Hall Memorial. I imagine that are 30 or more duplicates. That caused me to think that these two cemeteries were one. SAC her about it so maybe she will delete the duplicates when she figures which cemetery they are in!

On Find A Grave, there is a Fairview Cemetery, a Fairview Cemetery at Hall Memorial, and Fairview Cemetery at Resaca. Are these all the same cemeteries? I see the same names in these cemeteries.

I don't know this family. I just wanted to let you know there was a marker at Eastview. I didn't know if you were family or not. After I sent the message I noticed the small marker listed Barton Funeral Home.

RE: Beall
The surname Beall is familiar. I had someone asking about a private cemetery in Carroll County, Ga and it was for a war hero. The cemetery is there but is on private property. I believe our local library is a great refernce for more informaation. The following is what is in the Carroll County Cemetery Volume 1 for Beall.
526 Plowshare Rd
Property of E. Lee Cole
35 graves with many unmarked
Beall, William Feb 20 1795 to Aug 22, 1841
Soldier in War of 1812
General 1836-1840
State Senator 1832-36 1841 1845,1846

Nancy Beall
1797-1886

Frederick Beall
1776-1847

RE: Inez Cochran
You are welcome. I added photos for her husband, son, and another Cochran, but unfortunately I could not find Elsie Howell Youngblood Gravitt. The cemetery office was closed when I visited, so I couldn't check with them to verify if she is actually buried here. Take care, Dave Croas
