Mrs. B. Carmack Guinn should be taken from the Salt Fork Cemetery list and put with South Fork, Pettis County. The South Fork Treasurer told me she and her husband are buried there. Thanks

|marylin scott||Salt Fork Cemetery- B. Gwinn|
I found the treasurer of South Fork Cemetery, Pettis County, close to Sweet Springs, MO. She had the list of burials and found that Bartholomew Gwinn and his wife Mrs. B.(Carmack) Gwinn are buried there. The obits say Salt Fork which are wrong, and the Death Cert. for him looks like someone meant South instead of Salt (Fork Cemetery.) This has been a puzzle for me so I am happy to have it solved. Please remove.
Thanks! Marylin Scott

On memorials # 79632497 (Charles H. Harrison) his date of birth is 26 Oct 1866 and date of death is 13
His wife Pauline #79632581, her maiden name is Holliday and her date of birth is 17 Jul 1867 and date of death is 15 Dec 1944. This information can be verified by looking at their death certificates, Missouri # 41833 for Pauline and #15762 for Charles. Both can be found on Missouri death records on line if you need to verify them. It would be great if you would update this info. Thanks, Sandy

|marylin scott||Salt Fork - Krites|
The newspaper obit about Amanda Krites was interesting but I think this lady is Amanda Ritchey Crites 1875-1909. She has a grave stone in Salt Fork cemetery. There is just enough difference in the information that it makes you wonder, and I can't prove anything. We don't have any Krites in the cemetery but we have do have Crites. Just for your information. Marylin Scott

|Jill S. (Gasdorf) Topper||Helen (Christy) Harrison was sister of Joan (Christy) Francisco|
How are you connected to Andrew and Joan (Christy) Francisco?
My Harrison family is connected to them. Dominick and Elizabeth (Montgomery) Harrison immigrated from Ireland and settled in Lewisburg, Mason Co., KY, where they farmed and owned a public inn and tavern. Their son Thomas Harrison was my third great grandfather. His siblings were JAMES, Peter, Elizabeth, Nancy and Margaret. (Tom and his parents are buried in Fleming Co., KY. See findagrave memorials.)
James Harrison married HELEN HOUSTON CHRISTY in October 1829, Fleming Co., KY. She was Joan's sister. Helen was born April 6, 1810 in Fleming Co. and died July 6, 1837 in Fleming Co. James died sometime in the 1830s. They left behind one daughter Elizabeth Helen Harrison who married Jacob O. Phister. Their children: James H. (died in childhood), Montgomery, Charles S. and Benjamin. (Jacob and Elizabeth's graves are at Riverside Cemetery in Denver, CO. They have findagrave memorials.)
Joan was Elizabeth's aunt.
Little more: My Thomas Harrison married Martha 'Patsy' Duvall. Their children were Nancy and Jane. Tom died in 1834. Martha remarried. Nancy married William H. Miller. Don't know what happened to Jane.
How are you connected? Thanks.

|marylin scott||The Gwinns at salt Fork|
I really don't know what should be done with the Gwinns. Maybe someday I could go to South Fork Cemetery and look but don't know when. just leave it awhile. I will point out that there are 2 entries for Mrs Gwinn.
By chance are you related to William Edgar Darling (1877-1968). Nellie May Watson(1882-1960)is his wife. I was given their family descendants by Russell Darling.

I have nothing to verify that Mr.and Mrs B Gwinn are in Salt Fork Cemetery except the one obit you posted. B Gwinn's death certificate indicates it would be South Fork cemetery,south of Sweet Springs, Mo. What do you think?
