Re: Felipe Tristan Memorial 147986435
hello! Sorry but I thought I had followed up on your request to add additional info to this page. I have a question for you since it seems that you have researched this person in-depth: it appeared to me that there are TWO people buried in this one fenced area....Felipe Tristan (the one you have submitted) but also Ernestino Tristan, if I'm reading the grave marker correctly. Were you only wanting to add this info for Felipe & not for Ernestino as well? Please see the up-close picture of the marker to see the two names. I don't know if that means that TWO brothers or relatives were killed on the same day & buried together or perhaps I am misinterpreting the info on the marker. Please advise. Thanks!

RE: Baker and Wright
Thank you.I do not know about the Baker side of the family, but I know that they were Primitive Baptist or "hard shell Baptist". I will need to look into that.

Reno Eickenroht
Hi there. I now know that Reno Eickenroht is buried at the San Geronimo Cemetery in Seguin. He's in section 2. I'll try to make it this weekend to hunt for a headstone. I will keep you posted!

Leonie Huxtable
You are welcome for the photo. I did not find any other Huxtable's in the cemetery. She is in a plot with other Kleck's. I added four Kleck's to the cemetery yesterday from the plot.

Thank you Note
Thank you for the transfers of my grandfather and his wife Pearl. I intend to add quite a bit as soon as I get it together. I was in Kingsbury in 1995 and met a elderly man (A.J.Appling) who claimed he worked with my grandfather. He said not only was he a oil field worker, he drilled the first well in south east Texas. I am also acquainted with Pearl's grandchildren, the Pooley's who still live in Kingsbury. But I would like to thank you for the pictures of their stones as I live in Alabama and they are much better than the ones I took in 95.

I'm not sure what you are asking. This is the memorial for Thomas Rivers not Geraldine. I checked on and also family and these are the DOB & DOD of Thomas Rivers.

Also, one of the pictures I have has a name on the back, Mrs. J.H. Herrmann. I found her and family on Find A Grave at Lone Oak Cem. in Geronimo.

RE: Herrmann family in Seguin
If you want to go by the store it is Aunt Maudie's Attic in Seguin. Lynn is the owner who bought the photos at an estate sale and she agreed to not sell any more until I talked to you.
That store is on Austin ST. across from the Methodist church.
I know I might be sticking my nose in other people's business but I hate to see family pictures sold in stores to complete strangers. If there are Herrmann family members around they might care about the photos. By the way, I bought 3 of them that had some names on them so I could try to find the family on Ancestry. Only got so far. However, if you find anyone who wants them I would gladly hand them over. I wish the library had a place to keep old photos or maybe a historical society. Right now, I don't know about that. If money is an issue, I would buy the pictures for the family so they can have them.

Herrmann family in Seguin
Hi, Margaret! Do you know the Herrmann family from Seguin/Geronimo/New Braunfels? I'm doing some research because there is a whole stack of old photos at an antique store in Seguin that came from an estate sale connected to the Herrmann family. I really hate to see that. Would you know if anyone from that family might be interested in the pictures?
Hope you're doing well!
