The grave is a beautiful tranquil setting just outside Aberdeen. It is well looked after. It is regularly visited by the local air squadron on Armistice Day to make sure that each generation remembers the fallen airmen. So pleased you now know Aubreys resting place.

|AndreaKiwi||RE: Te Aroha Cemetery|
Hi Daisy, yes I have her as buried at Te Aroha in the Waikato. She is buried in the original part of the cemetery where there are not many gravestones, so I don't have a photo for you. She was buried in December 1883. What index had Te Aroha listed as being in Taranaki?

Thanks so much for your photo. I really appreciate the extra effort of finding his name in the book of memories. I have noticed quite a few cremated there and likely buried elsewhere. I have still listed them as it is a start, they can always be edited and they won't be forgotten.

|S. Melton||Ohariru - Holy Trinity Cemetery|
I just discovered this little church online and see that it is listed on Find A Grave, but only 4 memorials are noted at this time. I'm thinking that it might hold a lot of history. Apparently the bell from the shipwrecked Oliver Laing is in the church. This could make for a nice little adventure and I wondered if you were up to it. Wish I could, but it's a wee bit far away from the States ;)
