Yes his parents are in front and just to the side. Glad I could help out for you, you're welcome.

RE: Marguerite Stinchfield Request.
Totally understandable. Unfortunately, even though a large cemetery- they do not offer their internment records online...yet. The office staff knows me, and even with that they asked that only family request plot information. If you do find this info, (possibly using an international calling card to call cemetery?) I would be very happy to take as many pictures that you'd request. Thank you.

RE: Alexander Cumnock Browne
Wow! Australia. That's a new one. I have filled requests from England, Germany, South Africa and now Australia. Are you a native or a transplant? I am curious because you have several requests for pictures from the states.

Glad to have been of help to you.

It is a closed niche with cremains in it. In an old part of the building called Iris Columbarium
Just name plates on what is behind the wall there.

Hi Judi,
You're welcome! FYI - since I was there, I took photos of all in that lot (8) and posted them on this site with their memorials.

Hi Judi,

All fixed now and photos added to yours. Did you see the other Gallus' that l did? are they part of your family? I am more than happy to transfer them so they are all in one spot. Just let me know.

I plan on spending quite a bit of time at Burwood and will be out there tomorrow, so let me know if you have anyone you want me to find.

Lucian Blanchard
I found some information regarding Lucian and wanted to give it to you. According to the cemetery office, Lucian was born in New York, was orphaned, was elected Circuit Judge and became prominent in Republican politics. Hopefully these details can give you so more information to go on. Happy researching!

RE: Farmer graves
Yes, all the markers were near each other and I figured while I was there I might as well take all the other photos too. The cemetery has a map online that you can print and you can also look up the name of the person and it will give you the section number. They've made it really easy for a person to find someone or take a photo. I live in Oskaloosa so it's only a couple miles from my house. I'm happy to do it!

RE: Farmer graves
Not a problem I'm more than happy to help! As I'm sure it would be difficult for you to come to Iowa all the way from Australia. If you run across any other relatives in the area that you need photos of just let me know.

RE: Sutherland Name
Judy, you are very welcome for the pics. You sure have a lot of relitves in Oakland, it was a very nice day on Saturday when I went, Oakland is at the end of my street, and is easy to find graves with the right location. Take care, Bob.

RE: Browne Grave
I will do that for you asap. Did you notice how dirty the marker was? They had recently buried someone next to the Brownes. Dirt every where. I cleared off what I could. Looked like the marker had been ran off by a tractor. It had a slight bow in the middle.

Restland is over 400 acres and to date there are close to 23,000 graves. I looked at your Memorial and saw you have the garden and info we need to find your grave markers.
if you need help in the future at Restland be sure and give Garden, Block and etc on your request. I was within about 30 feet of this block today. i'll try and get this tomorrow.
Peace and All Good.
