RE: Lilia Waltrip
You are very welcome. I feel it is important to try to find as much information as possible on those who have no markers.....especially a child. Thanks for your note.

RE: Leslie Jones
The wrong picture is still on Leslie C. Jones' memorial, but I did send an email to the person who put that photo on letting them know that. I haven't heard back from them though. I also sent edits to the memorial manager for both Leslie's dates of birth and death.

Leslie Jones in Hillcrest Cemetery
Hello - I tried to fulfill your request for a photo of the stone of Leslie Jones at Hillcrest Cemetery in Six Lakes, Mi. I did not realize there were two Leslie Jones' in the cemetery so I got a photo of Leslie O. Jones. However, when I went to upload it to his page I found that someone else had uploaded a photo of Leslie C. Jones' stone to Leslie O's page. I've asked them to move it to the correct memorial so your request may be fulfilled yet!

Barbara Vettel
Cathy, have contacted you before re: Luley/Rombach family. I believe the info entered for Barbara is incorrect at the top. Says she was born Aug. 29 and I believe it should be Sept. 29. Am I correct? Are you available to contact thru email any longer?

RE: Elizabeth Fannin Chipley 57015796
From the book Battle of New Orleans it says she was the daughter of William Fannin/Fanning and Catherine Martin-Fannin but she was adopted by her uncle Colonel James Fannin of Alimo fame. so both her parents must have died when she was young. Also there is a medical bio out on her husband Dr Chipley that stated the same. From History of Medical Department Transylvania, from the historical records at University there.

In case you are the one who had the stone inscription added to the memorial, the date of death is also there, under his birth date. I just couldn't pull out enough grass to make it visible without making a mess of it.

I have posted a picture of the Arrington Headstones. I have close ups of each but i think that you can read them okay without. If you want the individuals i can post them I just did not want to take up the slots.

RE: Harry Goodman Memorial Lawn
I checked again with the cemetery and they had an Eva Goodman listed as buried there, so I checked that grave today and sure enough, she is buried with Harry. I took a photo, but I see that someone has already uploaded a photo for his grave. In any case I'm glad that you were able to get a photo of the marker. In case you don't have the exact location, the grave at Memorial Lawn in in Section Devotions, Lot 332, graves 4, 5 & 6. I will also let the cemetery office know that he is indeed buried there and they should make a note of it in their files.

Martha Fanning Tucker
Hi Cathy,

I have Martha Fanning Tucker's death certificate, and it does not list her place of burial. All is says is that she was buried on Sept. 28, 1917. And it lists 'Place of Burial or Removal' as Fresno Crematory. So I'm unsure if she was cremated or buried, due to conflicting info on her death certificate. She was 59 and she passed from breast cancer, at County Hospital in Fresno.

Hi there,

Just wanted to say thank you for adding the grave locations and the photo of Spicy Ann Steward Fanning to Find A Grave! Nathan and Spicy Ann were my g-g-g-grandparents, (Martha Fanning Tucker was my g-g-grandmother). I really appreciate the research that you have done for this family, thank you so much, this made my day to find!
