|Ruby MeShawboose ||Retan and infant|
My name is Ruby MeShawboose. I do research on cemeteries and Indian boarding schools. I am writing in regards to this young lady and her infant child. The information is this Her name is Rosa (Allen) Rettan. Her death certificate is #122 and the infant's death certificate is 123. She died on 10.14.1884 two days after giving birth to the baby. She was 28 years old and buried with the baby in Woodland Cemetery in Rosebush, Michigan. Rosa was married, a housekeeper and her parents were Benjamin B. Allen and Anna Allen. Her record was added on May 27th, 2011 the Find A Grave memorial #70453882. I found this information which has these small discripencies on Find A Grave and online vital statistics for Isabella County. I needed to share this information about Rosa (Allen) Rettan. Thanks.

I've been doing some searching.
1910 Census: Frank, Charlotte, Earl, Martha, Norma
1920 Census: Frank, Charlotte, Earl, Martha, Norma, Lloyd
1930 Census (Frank died in 1924): Charlotte, Norma, Lloyd, Eugene, AND Charles White (lodger)
Suggests Lottie White was indeed Charlotte who married Frank first and then possibly Charles...
I will continue to look and ask the local historian;)

|Betty Frank||Hutchinson Family in Cherry Grove|
If you are a relative, would you take the time to check out the Frank E. Hutchinson 133269620 I just added to Cherry Grove? I'm not a relative but have added a number of cherry Grove interments on to findagrave. My Frank's obit said he was married to Charlotte. Could this be your Lottie who married after your Frank? Could your Frank and mine be the same person? After looking at the death record for Frank E. Hutchinson on familysearch, I really became confused.

|Jan Darby||James Daly|
Are you by any chance related to James Daly? I saw that you had a death cert for him. Do you have one for his wife also? I think that she could be related to the Johnston family that I want to link her to, but need to verify her parents. Thanks.

|David R. Haase||Warren Parsell|
Warren W. Parsell was my great-great grandfather. His son was Warren Parsell...Warren Parsell was the father of Florence Parsell (Haase)...Florence Parsell (Haase) was the mother of Gerald Haase...who was my father. So, I guess you or your husband are related to me. I have some photos of the Parsells you might be interested in. Contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org

The DC has a lot of vital information that we did not have before you found it. Thank you for adding it to Gladys' memorial. Perfect.

Thanks so much for a copy of his death certificate that you added to his memorial. I don't mind at all. I'm all for any extra information that can be added to any memorial. Never know what will be useful for someone trying to locate family members.

I like the death certificate you added to Abbie Crawford Archer Find A Grave Memorial# 78232446.
But I think you should add the credit to the record as "Library of Michigan, Seeking Michigan"
They provide the certificate but request that people add credit to the certificate as above.

|Kathy Parsons||Bertha Crawford and her brothers|
Normally I would, but Bertha was my great-grandmother and her brothers were also my great uncles. I only make memorials to relatives or close friends. I would be happy to make any historically verifiable improvements you would like to make to their memorials. Kath.

She's in Block 23. According to cemetery records, she has no headstone to mark her grave. There is a Norman Lockwood and a Robert Allan near her grave site. Sorry there is no picture for the memorial...

I'm glad for any additional information for the memorials I am managing for findagrave. I think the more info that is centrally located, the easier we make it for future researchers;) I do, however, change the order. Since this is find-a-grave, I like to have the headstone first. But that's my personal preference. I really enjoy seeing pictures of the people being remembered. Again, that's my preference. Other managers are free to also have preferences;) I continue to be thankful for your additions. Your computer skills are much better than mine!

I have taken pictures of all the interments in Cherry Grove. That was a two year project for me;) I have claimed your request. I will double check with the Clare city clerk's office to see where she is located. Then I will walk the walk to see about a headstone for you.

What a pleasant surprise to find the Certificate of Death for Nora added to her memorial. She had no descendants and her personality and memory have faded. Maybe some day I will find a picture of her, and her cousin Millie Cochran my 2Great Grandmother.
