|Chris||Monroe Kirk buried in Vincennes|
Can you provide any clarity on the dates for Monroe Kirk, http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=93275550 ? I have his birth in 1856, but the headstone reads 1862. Also, the 1880 Census shows his age as 24.

Hi Virginia - I don't know if I replied to you or not - it's been so long - I'm the one who published the Maglietto reunion book you have from 2001. So...the only info I need is... who were you married to in the Balsano family and... what information can I give you for your daughters?

|Thor Chester||The Chester's in Magnolia Cem.|
Howdy. I'm T.E.Chester and Louis Frank Chester was my great great grandfather and his son Louis Frederick Chester is my grandfather. L.Frank is the son of Sidney Jefferson Chester and Mary C. Bush. Mary died while visiting family in TN. Both though were from NC. Sidney, Mary and their four children moved to Texas prior to 1880.
Louis Frank and his wife Ella Mae (Towns) are buried in Magnolia as is their daughter Lois who married a Moore. In fact, they are all four together.
Would you mind if another person who has Sidney's page on here would be allowed to link to this page?
That way I can get all the family for lack of a better term, linked up?
PS. Another family member, John Watts is also buried there as well. He does not have a marker and I'm working on getting him one.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can not find Ora listed on 1880 Census you mentioned. So I wonder if you have any other evidence that Thomas Benton Moore was her father....

|Stone✞Searcher||RE: Raymond Hutchinson Baker|
I sent another message, but she never responded to me either. I did want to let you know that I passed on the message. I don't know if she'll respond or not.
Also, I photographed some grave markers in Ennis TX, at the Myrtle Cemetery in Ellis county with the last name of McGrary, are these some you're doing research on? If so, I'll get back with you once I get a memorial established. I have a couple of hundred more photos & not sure how long it will take. Hope you have a happy & safe memorial weekend!

|msb||Col. John Dorsey (Maryland)|
Hello - according to the "The Dorsey Family of Maryland" book, page 7 and other pages, state that Col. John Dorsey, born June 15, 1688, was married to Honor STAFFORD, not Honor Elder. She signed some documents "Honor Sta..." and after their research, the Dorsey family accepts that her last name was Stafford. Of course in various other family F.A.G. cross referenced links, the "Elder" is in error the same way. I would suggest an across the board change. On the other hand, Michael Dorsey Jr. (II) married Honor Elder, who died in 1818 (page 55 footnote). In error, Warfield in his book, "Founders of Anne Arundel and Howard Counties," misstated that Michael Dorsey II married thrice-married Honor Howard Wilkins. Again, Michael did not. Thanks for your attention to this.
