I have not been looking for my father for five years! My mother and I cared for his disabilities for 10 years before burying him in the Veterans Cemetery near where we live. Your thoughtless comment is insulting.
I contacted you to see if you would transfer management so I could add biographical information etc to his listing.

Several picture you posted on the memorials I have are not those people. I would be very happy to help you if you find some and you think it's them. And thank you for linking Calvin Bowie with his parents.

I'm did not make any threat to you what so ever. I am just looking at the policies made by the good people at find a grave. I see by their policy what I know I could do. That's not a threat at all. That's their rules. But you know what? This is my loved one. You did not know her. I think it was great that you have taken time and done all this work. Kudos for you for doing it. Just saying that these people had/have family. I don't know why it's so hard to give them that. Do you think she would rather have you or me to care for her cyber memorial? She was never ignored. I have gone to her grave many, many times. At least three times a year. I am not even sure if those are the flowers my sister put on her grave in your photo or mine! But, I can't make people like you want to have a heart. But whatever. I don't know you and you don't know me or Mary's family.

|Grave Maven||Hi Stan!|
I just wanted to say that your bio is the best that I have seen on F.A.G.! Wonderful. The photo of the tips of your shoes is familiar, too - I have cropped mine out of countless photos.
Thank you for maintaining the sense of humor,

Good morning Stan,
My name is Melissa Dalton and I have been on Find A Grave for a few years now searching for loved ones.
I am a long time friend of Mr. Leon Proctor. Actually I consider him more of a father than anything. I met him when I was six years old when my family lived in Norwood, PA. Mr Proctor lived in the alley behind us. He was such a good person and a mentor. The day he died in 2005, we were supposed to go out to dinner. I was waiting for him outside a restaurant in Media, PA and he did not show. This was not like him at all, and I knew something was wrong. He ALWAYS showed. When I drove to his house, I walked up the back stairs and saw his sister and brother sitting at his kitchen table. My heart sunk before they could even open the door. I knew he was gone. I was numb. I had just lost my mother (Elizabeth Carnley) two years prior to that, and Mr Proctor had always looked out for the two of us. Now they were both gone. I was able to go to his funeral in Pennsylvania, but he was buried in Maryland where he was born. I have since moved to Florida and have not been able to visit his gravesite. I came across his memorial this morning on Find a Grave and am happy to see that you added him. I would kindly like to ask if I could be transferred his memorial site so I can add him with my family. I would appreciate it so much. You can check out my profile if you need further information on me. Thank you and take care.

Stan — fantastic! I will send you a couple of messages. The first one will have her full name & vitals, and the second one will have a writeup for her biography. I'm going to include hyperlinks in her writeup, so I'll send it to you with the html already included, just as I want it to appear. That way it will be really easy for you — all you'll have to do is copy and paste it into her biography section!

Thank you for the photo of my father's gravesite. When he was laid to rest, the original stone had a printing error and had to be sent back. I have never seen the correct, replacement grave stone. Thank you so much. Keith Harding, Oceanside, CA
