Poole-Burris Cemetery
Did you know that the Old Pool Cemetery in Grayson County on Briar Patch Mountain is also listed as Poole-Burris Cemetery (Spring Valley) Grayson County, Va. katlarue has listed most of the same names on the Old Pool Cem page as found on the Poole-Burris site. I sent her a message asking if it was possible to merge the two. It's confusing when you think there are 2 different cemeteries and really there's only 1. And what is the correct name for this cemetery? I have a paper that I got several years ago calling it "Briar Patch Mountain Cem."
I'm confused. Thanks for any help you can offer.

If you have a loved one entombed there or no of someone, please send us a message. We place flags on the graves for Memorial Day. This project is sponsored by Centennial Masonic Lodge.

If you can send us the names, we will be sure to include them on our list to get a flag.

I made the changes and transferred the memorial over to you. You are family and I'm not. This is the whole reason I'm taking these photos. God bless you and your family.
