Theresa Marie Apicella Zemo
I have some information and am looking for some additional details that I hope you can point me to.

My name is Domenick Creaco and live in Franklin Square, New York. My Father Cosimo Creaco (aka, Sam Crago)was born in Orient, PA in Fayette County in 1911. His Father Antonio (my Grandfather)came from Italy around 1900. A cousin of my Grandfather Giovanni Creaco came to the US as well and settled in or around Orient. The name Creaco (pronounced Kree -ah - ko) like many names was changed and became Crago, I guess because Crago was easier to prounced from it spelling and probably was a more familiar name. The whole family including Giovanni adopted Crago as their last name. My Father had it changed back to Creaco when he moved to NY around 1932.

Giovanni as I understand met a beautiful girl named Mary from a nearby town, married and moved to Coshocton, OH to a small farm. It appears to me from your entry on findagrave.com that Theresa Marie Apicella Zemo (interred in Oliver, PA)was Mary's sister. Theresa's listing:

http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=pv&GRid=37096929&PIpi=17715809

Indicates that she was survived by Mary her sister from Coshocton OH.

My Father Sam being a stong family man would take the family back when i was a child a few times to Orient and to Coshockten to visit relatives. I was always fascinated by these visits and have fond memories from them.

I want to visit the Fayette County area (soon before I am too old) in and around where my family lived and would appreciate any additional information that you have or that you can point me to.

My contact info is:

Thanks so much,
Domenick Creaco

Perhaps I am wrong. Are there two Hubbard Cemeteries in Oregon? One in Marion county and one in Polk county. I am searching for graves in the Hubbard Cemetery near Falls City, Polk, Oregon which is on private land.

The Hubbard Cemetery near Luckiamute, Marion county, Oregon, is now on private land and one must ask permission to go there. Do you have other photos of stones from this cemetery? Charles Hubbard Jr was not blood related to me however his brother Marcus David and his wife Nancy Ellen Ward Hubbard, my great grandaunt, are buried in that cemetery.

RE: Hatcher / Halstead
Got to the Westlawn office today and they confirmed that both Clarence and Earl have unmarked graves. Recommend that you go ahead and remove the photo requests. I have designated them as unmarked in their lot location areas. They were able to give me burial dates, so I included them in my search trip to the library and grabbed obits - they are now on their memorials. I assume you are family - do you need them transferred? The cemetery office also showed me Richard's marker, but it is not yet set - it will be in a few days. I will keep checking for its placement and get a picture. Kay

I am still trying to find out if the rest of the Hatcher's in Westlawn are marked or not. I went to the locations, but no markers. I hope to confirm with their office tomorrow or Wednesday.

You are most welcome for the photo upload. I am amazed at the people from such long distances that are interested in a cemetery in Palmer, Nebraska! If you would like the management of any of those folks' memorials transferred to you, please send me the numbers, and I would be happy to do that.

I see that you have claimed two of my photo requests at the Belle Passi Cemetery. I just read in a family history that there was a family plot there. Would you please see if there are others Wheelers buried close to the ones you are looking for? Thanks for doing this for us. It is just a special connection to see the grave site of a family member. Bev
