RE: Barham Photo
No problem on that photo. I took it in 2001 when I cleaned off the cemetery, put that Barham Cemetery sign up and installed steps going up off the road. I saw where you needed a photo on Ernest Barham and he's suppose to be in Barham Cemetery? I can tell you that I found no Ernest Barham marker in 2001, otherwise I would have that photo in my file. There's only 4 or 5 marked stones. My g.g.grandparents John Page Jr. are buried there in unmarked graves is the reason I know so much about this cemetery. One of John Page's daughters married Andrew Jackson Barham. There were also 20+ graves marked with very small sandstones with just a few having faint scratchings. Our assumption was these were slave graves as they were on the opposite end from the engraved stone markers. Happy Hunting!

Stan
Webb Cemetery
I saw your photos on findagrave.com of the Webb Cemetery in Daviess County, Missouri. I have five or six or more ancestors buried there and hope to visit the Daviess County area some day. What is the condition of the cemetery and headstones? Can one access the cemetery? I have had photo requests for about five of my ancestors buried there since 2014. Since no one has volunteered to take the photos, I have assumed the condition of the cemetery must be poor and/or there is limited access. Thanks,

Webb Cemetery, Daviess County, MO
Hello Adrienne,

I stopped by the Webb Cemetery today and it looks like it's changed a bit. I also acquired GPS co-ordinates for it.

I'd like to update the notes for the cemetery. Do you own the cemetery on Find-a-Grave?

Warm Regards,

Eric Wilson

Emerson & Fowlkes.
Neither one had a headstone. I took a ohoto where they should be according to the plot map. The Gulf of Mexico is in the background and the Hurricane Katrina might have washed them out.

The tombstone, btw, belongs to someone whose details and descendants can be found if you Google:
"Our Claybrook Heritage"
click on the link
Go to the DOAK-CLARK section
I'm not yet sure where he fits in NC but you'll be on the mailing list
Best wishes
Ralph

Hi Adrienne
No egg on your face because:
i. The fault is that of the Doak geneagarbologists who have made such a mess over the years
ii. It wd be a waste of nutrients
More detail re Chas A please - I'm not sure which of James W's sons is the right line for him
Nice to meet you, cousin

Hmm ... John Doak & Mary Foster were married in 1793 (documented by marriage bond)
Their son William's dob is 1795
Any thoughts?
[don't fret, btw - I'm pretty sure we can resolve this]

DOB inaccurate, both grave stone, metal plaque & Social Security Death index list DOB as Jan 16, 1922, not Jan 22nd as listed on Find-a-Grave.

Rowlett Family Cemetery
I believe I have found a cemetery that appears to be the Rowlett Family Cemetery but is not in the location that is described in the information on the page. I believe that all requested markers are there plus more.
