That's the section of the cemetery. It stands for New South Section (something along those lines). Your Barnett is three rows from your Watts in the same section. Lot number is the row. Grave number is how many plots down the row they are located. This is what the township told me a few years back:) you can call them and get more specific info. It's Willuamston Township (not city).

I don't know. I would just search on that site. If it's in NSS, it's easy to figure. out. The other sections work differently...not sure how they work.

Ahh...I see where someone has John listed here! Interesting. So...he is in row 16 and the Watts in 19, I think? Three rows apart.,

According to their website, there isn't a John Barnett? The Watts are in NSS which is New South Section (or something like that). In that section (and I think only that section), the lot numbers are row numbers starting at #1 closest to the road. The grave number is how many graves in. You can search for John here: http://www.cemeteryregister.com/search.asp?id=MI_WILLIAMSTON

Hi Janee,
Are you a descendant of John? If not, I wonder if you might consider transferring his memorial to me? He was my GG-Grandpa.

Hi Janee,
I transferred all these in Czech-Moravian to you. Not sure when we'll get back up to Rossville in the near future but will definitely let you know. We did photograph all of C-M Cemetery when we were up there. I have not had time to make all the listings yet. If there are any others in there that are your people, let me know and I'll transfer them as well.

Lisa
