I would love to tell you the story Sabra. Can you email me on my email Tahorprivate123@gmail.com. I was hoping you would respond.

Thank you -thank you-thank you, Sabra. Because of your time to photograph for "Find a Grave", I was able to find more information about J(Jacob)E(Ernest)Mitchell's death. Mother had told me the story of how he died, but never could find any more. Mother died before I found this info from you, but it has been comforting to add this photo and information to his family story. Thank you so very much again for doing this for such as myself.

I noticed Gillette is one of your surnames you are interested in. My husband's family hails from PA and NY, (mostly Chenango County, NY and Susquehanna County, PA) pretty common name so most likely not connected to yours but always like to ask.

|SMSmith||RE: new photo of Retta Hanks Gilbert|
I found the photo in Grandma's (Nellie Hanks Rymer) genealogy books. There was no description attached to it. I am finding some great treasures and will keep working through Grandma Nellie's records and share I can. I really loved Retta. She was a joy to be around. I had added other materials to the Hanksplace website.

|Maggie||RE: photos for Murphy Ancestors|
Thanks again Sabra! Wonderful pictures! If you want you can just email me the pictures. my email is email@example.com. Wow, that's the first time I have ever seen Murphy's grave. The photo I have posted is the first one my family has seen; I was able to contact one of his sons from his second marriage for that wonderful picture. Thank you so much for all your service. I'm not sure who all the Williams there are - I do know Louis is Murphy's brother. There are a lot of Williams there and descendants living today. Murphy was married to my grt. grandmother, then remarried and had a large second family. My grandmother was not raised by her father. thank you again.

|Maggie||RE: Schurz inventory link|
Hi Sabra, thanks for this link. I have actually seen this website before and it's helped me a great deal with my family history. I wished there were an inventory like that at the Stewart cemetery; maybe Eileen would be up to that one? lol. Alright, God bless and thank you so much.

|Deborah Brazil||My apologies again|
I wanted to apologize for taking photo requests you had already discussed with requesters for Lone Mountain and Walton cemeteries. I just looked at the request pages and went out today. I am new at this so I am making mistakes. Any pointers you could give me? I don't want to step on anyone's toes if I can help it.
Thanks for listening,

I was deeply sadden to hear about the loss of your father, he was a lovely man and on my way to work I was often treated to hear him practicing his Native American Flute music it was beautiful, I live across the street from them and am in the Skyline Ward as well. I myself am an avid findagraver and came across another obituary for your father in the Las Vegas Sun Online from April 8, 2009 while looking for others obituaries.
Larry K. Gilbert, 67, of Henderson, passed away March 19.
Larry was a 23-year resident of Henderson.
Larry was a job developer, helping to find employment for handicapped workers, and he was a certified trauma counselor who volunteered with Green Cross after the 911 tragedy in New York to counsel victims and their families. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve. He served a church mission in Argentina, and was fluent in Spanish.
Larry was known as a kind and wise friend and counselor, who was generous with his time and made friends wherever he went.
He is survived by his wife, Susan, and three sisters, as well as a son and five daughters, and a stepdaughter and two stepsons and eight grandchildren.
Services were held March 24 at the LDS Desert Rose Chapel in Henderson. He was buried in Ephraim, Utah. Donations can be made to Nathan Adelson Hospice.

|Sharon Turner||RE: Collins photo request|
I had taken that picture when we (the Turner brothers, Tom and Bill, and myself) were in Carson City in 2006 but Thelma's ceramic picture had not been added yet. While we were in Carson City we took a side trip to J. M Boone & Sons Memorial in Sonora, CA just to see the ceramic picture. When they went to Carson City to install Thelma's picture they were to send me a picture of the finished tombstone but they must have forgot. So I would really appreciate it if you could post a new picture of the tombstone. I would like to think that I could return to Carson City sometime soon but Bill died in 2007 and I lost my husband Tom this January after a two year battle with lung cancer and so I would be traveling alone and I live in Northeast Indiana. Not sure I am up to driving that far alone yet. Thanks for your help. Sharon Turner
