Hello Vicki,
I know but he is not on the list of Find a Grave.
He and his Crewmemebers were killed, when there plane went shot down on Ma. 2 1944.

This is a link to 4 of his crew-members buried in New York, the rest is buried at the American Cemetery and Memorial in Margraten, Holland.
That is approx. 20 miles from my hometown.
Vicky Thank's for the trouble.

13th Generation Fairbanks in America
RE: Fairbanks Cousins
We come down through George's son Eleazur. There are actually 3 Eleazurs in a row, then an Abel (Rev. War) and a couple of Josephs before we get to our 2x GGF,, Marquis Lafayette Fairbanks (Civil War). Do you have the Fairbanks Family in America 1633-1897 by Lorenzo Sayles Fairbanks? My GGF is #1150, Frederick William Fairbanks on Page 824. My grandfather was born just after the book's publication, so he's not listed, but his older siblings are, page 824. My ancestors basically stayed in New England until my Dad joined the Navy and then the Marines. We ended up in the Philly area (south Jersey)because that was the last place he was stationed. We went to visit the old house last year...quite a feeling actually walking into your ancestors' home built in 1636-1637. Have you been to Dedham to see it? Funny, we stayed at the Hilton in Dedham...all their ballrooms are named after our Fairbanks cousins!

13th Generation Fairbanks in America
Fairbanks Cousins
Nice to meet you, cousin. I'm also in NJ (southern). Our branch descends through Jonathan & Grace's son, Captain George. All males in our line until this generation, so the name continues through to ours, the 13th generation in America. Sure wish we could verify the information on the old English side prior to the "Fairbanks" name, but now it's just speculation that we're descended from the duBeaumonts and Platagenets. Warms regards.
