Linked to his mother Emma Mae Clark would definately be wrong. However you need to contact the person who has Herbert as they are the ones that made the link to the parents.

Thanks

Sorry for the mistake and to be so slow about replying to you. You are right, Eliza was his daughter in law. Thanks for caching my mistake.

Dennis and Shirley Shoaf
Hi, I grew up knowing all members of Dennis's family. I was a friend when his dad passed away, love Bertha, and saw all of them, including Shirley when they moved up to Colorado to live near Dennis. I'm curious about your relations, and how Shirley is doing.
Hope to hear from you via email: dripspring@yahoo.com

Larkin Warfield
Carol, would you know if there is a grave at High Hill Cemetary, callaway county, MO for Larkin Barton Warfield and his wife Aleatha Blackburn? I am a DAR thru Warfield name and Larkin was my 3d great grandfather. I found most of his children at High Hill and Union Hill but cannot find him or his son Rhine Warfield, my 2d great grandfather (lived in Holt Summit although his wife Harriet A E White is buried in Union Hill). Do not have a death cert for any of these folks. Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Denise Booker Valdez

Crowley/Cowley
Carol -
Thank you very much for the effort you put forth to check these names, and for sending the information. The Crowley name is the way these folks are listed in an online inventory of burials in Fairview Cemetery. I have researched further, and made more corrections. I hope I'll have them all correct now. Thanks, again.

Carol,
I requested a photo of joseph headstone and it came back as an "unmarked grave". Would you please add that to his memorial so others will know.

Thanks

1841 makes sense. My favorite Mo death cert had a lady as 135 yo when she died. Wish I could have known her. Thanks for all you do as I do recognize your name. I grew up in Montgomery Co so have an interest in that part of the state.

RE: James Love # 64830856
Hi Carol,

I forgot to mention in my last post that you are correct about the link between the Loves, Scholls and Boones. I descend from all of these families.

I'm not sure if you only research for Find-a-Grave or for genealogy purposes as well, but Cinia Demarris Love's branch connects the Loves to the Scholls, the Scholls to the Boones, the Boones to the Bryans, and the Bryans to the Angevin and Plantagenet kings, numerous other European monarchs, and many of the wives of Henry VIII.

Take care!

James Love # 64830856
Hi Carol,

My apologies, as I didn't complete my thought when I last wrote you. What I meant to say is that the photo did not match the name. I am aware that you did not post the photo.

The James Love, referenced by the birth and death dates listed on the memorial should be James "A" Love. He was a doctor.

The information I included previously was to help clarify familial relationships surrounding James in the event you were connecting memorials to family members. There are several individuals with the name James Love in the Callaway area, so it can get pretty confusing sometimes.

Thanks much for your hard work.

James Love # 64830856
Hi Carol,

Please let me clarify the confusion re: James Love.

I am a member of DAR and have had my lineage proved through my 3x great grandfather, James A. Love (b 3 Oct 1807, d 21 Dec 1886). He was the husband of Matilda Martha Scholl. James A. Love was the son of Rev Phillip Love and Elizabeth Sparks. Jane Love and Cinia Demarris Love were two of their children.

James A. Love was also brother to Charles Rowe Love (also my 3x great grandfather)and Martha Barton. Their son, Charles Wesley Love, married his first cousin, Cinia Demarris Love, daughter of James and Matilda.

In short, the picture you have on your memorial site for James S. Love is incorrect.

Please let me know if I can help in any other way.

I had all the same teachers as you. I talked to Mrs. Watson on the phone a few years ago when she had home health services and Mrs. Taylor also. I didn't realize how young some of them were then they all looked old to me. LOL

Hi
Mrs. Watson was my teacher too and she was strict but nice. I remember Miss Castle, Mrs. Pendergrass, Miss Peters and Mrs. Tennyson. I used to see Mrs. Tennyson at the Mokane Fair but haven't gone for awhile. She is a spunky lady!! I am trying to find information about the other teachers, when they died ect but not much luck. Have a Great Christmas.

Carol: I just added pictures to your memorial for Alexander and I noticed your note and so I reverified the dates and they match. I just wanted to let you know that, as you can see, he shares a stone with his daughter, Alvira N. Davidson.

Thank you. Roxanne M. Weathers
